My friend and I stopped for an ice cream sundae. It took awhile to find someone to wait on us. We ordered a strawberry sundae and a caramel sundae. There was a group of people who were there standing around and I didn’t know if they had eaten already or what. My friend and I were halfway finished with our ice cream before these people finally got their food and ice creams and left. I felt badly that they had waited all that time.

Arrived 30 mins before closing and waited at the window nobody answered. We pulled around to the window and two workers were sitting there laughing at us. We then pulled in to a parking spot to go inside and the two female workers were standing at the door staring at us laughing again. We left because we did not feel welcomed at all. Not sure what was so funny about doing your job.

I love Dairy Queen but I hate going to this local restaurant. Very common for doors to be locked in middle of the day for no reason. Very common for the ice cream machines to be “down for cleaning” especially near closing time. My main reason for this review is after a visit last night when my family of 4 ordered blizzards for each of us. It took nearly 30 minutes to get through the drive through with only 3 cars in front of me. When I finally get to the window to pay they tell me they didn’t have my order, they thought I drove away. There is a hillside and a curb there with no way to get out of line. Anyways I had to give her my order again and then it took even longer to get 4 small blizzards. When we finally got them the cups were only half full of ice cream. I sat there until she came back and then she asked what’s wrong with my order and I told her I paid for small blizzards, not half cups of blizzards. She looked at me appalled and replied their manager told them to fill them like that. I told them to either fill it to the top of the cup or give me my money back. She took them back and only added ice cream to the top. This restaurant gives Dairy Queen a bad name. I would like to say this is a one time occurrence, but every time we go there is something negative that happens or bad attitudes displayed by the workers. Again, I love Dairy Queen and I wish this store would step up their customer service on so many different fronts.

Got there before close, the person working refused to take our order because the car in front of us “took too long” and they decided to close. This is not the first time this has happened to me either. The workers are never nice.

I don’t know if this is a Tuscaloosa thing, but I am just tired of going to places to eat and they are closed an hour earlier than the time I look up. Got to DQ at 930 and the drive through was closed. Pulled up to the window and three people were just standing there on their phones.

Ordered a Sunday with peanuts and sprinkles. They never let the sprinkles. Instead of offering to make a new one, I was given a cup with sprinkles. I’m sure they are way understaffed. They 2 employees seemed miserable. I wish this location could get it together.

Most pitiful experience I have had. It’s hot in Alabama and I wanted a caramel sundae. I went to Northport Dairy Queen at approximately a little after 1pm. I walk in and the first thing I noticed was my feet sticking to the floor. Very sticky, dirty floors. I get in line behind 1 person who was picking up a delivery and I was not greeted by anyone. Another employee was sitting down eating and the cashier didn’t acknowledge me. So I waited for the other person to leave and the cashier runs back to take drive thru orders. I’m still standing there, sticky and all. After a couple of minutes I decided to walk out and then she said, “oh I’ll be with you in a minute.” Wow. Really! Horrible service of course as well as the filth. I will have to really consider before returning.

My partner & I’s first time coming here and I will say it was the best I’ve ever had! The food was fresh and phenomenal! The customer service from the cashier and workers was amazing as well. We felt very welcome and the store was clean! Loved it!
