While I was in today, I was served by the finest young man, looks and personality-wise. PHILIP, with the lucious brown hair, made the best ice cream cone dipped in cherry I have licked in a while. MHM.MHM. That’s all I could say when he handed me that ice cream through the window, and I devoured it like a little mouse with a wheel of cheese. I WILL BE BACK, PHILIP! BRAVO ZULU!

We stopped by to get a few Blizzards for the family. Fast, friendly service. Blizzards were really good and our favorites are the Turtle Sundae and Butterfinger Blizzard. I like that they offer a mini size. They also have good hamburgers and fries – much better than some of the fast food burger options because these taste more like a good homemade grilled burger.

Today, I walked into your location and was immediately disappointed by the lack of customer service. No one greeted me, and the staff looked at me as if I didn’t belong there. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and disengaged.
As someone who has served as a District Manager, I understand the importance of sales goals and team performance. Based on what I experienced today, I doubt those goals are being met. In my past role, an entire staff performing this poorly including the manager would have been replaced.
It’s basic retail etiquette to greet every customer. Even if you’re busy, a simple acknowledgment and “we’ll be right with you” makes all the difference. This team appears to be used to operating this way, which tells me it’s a culture issue one that needs immediate attention.
I highly recommend that corporate review surveillance footage routinely. Today was a complete waste of payroll. No urgency. No hospitality. No accountability. Could not place a order nobody wanted to work.

Rude employees taking order. Got to window and 3 year old was excited and trying to tell the cashier hello but she wouldn’t even acknowledge him. We were the only customers in line. I understand why.

Overall the worst DQ experience I’ve had in a long time, I ordered ahead and pulled into the drive thru. Long line no problem they are probably understaffed cause it took me 26 minutes to get my food. They hand me my food with out a bag or utensils. I had to wait for them to notice me so I can get the napkins, straw, condiments and a bag to put all of my food in and when I got home the food was thrown in the box my fries were soggy and covered in barbecued sauce in ranch and my tenders were cold. The night staff is probably the worse. I went last week during lunch and had no problem with my order!!!

I had a minor issue with a blizzard and the manager Stephanie told me to come back the next day and she would remake me a new one. She totally didn’t have to do this it was so minor of an issue I would’ve never thought of it again. Not only did she remake it but she remembered me, my order, and made me a large one. This lady is an angel she actually did this all with a smile. The customer service I received was so amazing I had to write this. So I hope manager Stephanie sees this and I will be calling corporate to make sure they know how amazing their manager is!!!
