I was very happy with the service I experienced last night at the Childersburg Dairy Queen. Their freezers are full of cakes! Sylacauga Dairy Queen never has cakes in their freezer anymore and I had ordered in advance for a birthday party. I was unhappy with one of the cakes decorations and the girl in charge refunded my money and told me I couldn’t have either one of the cakes! The Dairy Queen in Childersburg was SO friendly! Pulled an Oreo cake from the back and decorated it on the spot for me. I will ALWAYS go to Childersburg Dairy Queen from now on. Thank you all in Childersburg for everything you did to make my baby girl’s cakes all she wanted them to be. I wish I had a picture of the cake she expected me to be happy with….

Where do I even start??? We went here a few weeks ago for dinner. It was a slow Saturday night and we ordered basic items on the menu including chicken strip baskets, a burger basket and a birthday cake shake. While ordering, the guy behind the counter skipped over my wife, and ignored her when she made her order. He stared at me and expected me to speak on behalf of my wife. We waited 30 minutes on the food and the entire 30 minutes, the staff in the back were at eachothers throats because they were short staffed and staffed with inexperienced workers. When the food finally came, my shake wasn’t even what I had ordered. The chicken strips were RAW. We saw PINK in these uncooked strips. The final cherry ontop was the dark brown hair that I found in my overly seasoned ranch chicken (barely edible). After getting the only employee who spoke english, we ended up demanding a refund on our meals and walking out. I will NEVER go to this location again.

The food was good and hot but the Chicken Fingers were very small. The Fries were good and hot though and there was a generous helping of them. The Oreo Blizzard was also very good. Nice size for an adult. I would recommend that they add a child size to the menu though. The blizzard was originally bought for my son but there was no way he could finish that size blizzard after a meal.

Every time I eat here, the women’s restroom is locked. The restroom I’m told has a water leak and to use men’s restroom. I walked in, walked out, could not/ would not use men’s restroom due to men pissing everywhere and the stench is horrible. I ate here last month and the female restroom was locked just like it is today. Seriously, get your female restroom fixed!!! Where are little girls suppose to go urinate at?

Not bad on the waiting time in the drive-thru. The order came out correctly and the staff seemed to be coherant and knowledgeable of the menu and options they carry. I did go inside and the restaurant was seemingly clean and that’s with bathrooms included. I’d definitely return. They didn’t upside down my Blizzard though and that is a MUST! Hahaha Overall a pretty good experience

The newest review is wrong. Me and my friends watched the whole thing happen. They claimed their food was burnt and cold and wanted a refund on the whole order. When they couldn’t get a refund on the whole thing they got upset and started cussing and making a scene in front of other customers. Not only was the manager and the owner polite and calm, but the customers took their fingers with them that they claimed were “burnt” and got a refund on them. The managers and the owner were very polite and friendly.

Great customer service from the counter, but the owner is stingy and rude! I sent my A1 burger back because it had no bacon or onion ring, then he yelled it had bacon and I was wrong. I had to squint to see the 1 square inch of thin floppy bacon The onion ring they added was even smaller and the owner was annoyed I even brought the order back.
