Came and and got 2 chicken strips baskets, a cotton candy blizzard a cake batter blizzard and a cookie dipped cone. The queso to go with our chicken was cold, the toast wasn’t toasted, just buttered bread, and they didn’t have the flavor I asked for. Didn’t tell me when ordering. They had to come get me to tell me they were out, didnt offer a refund just asked what I wanted instead, they brought the replacement, and it wasn’t even filled up. When I asked, they didn’t offer to fix it, just doubled down and said that’s the measurements they have to use. Which isn’t true at all because I have gotten it filled up every other time in the past. So I probably won’t be coming back. Thanks Chelsea DQ. I know how to save money now.

I had the 6-chicken finger basket with onion rings today and it absolutely hit the spot. The chicken fingers were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, with juicy meat inside and a great crunch on the outside. The portion size was generous and filling.

The onion rings were outstanding — golden, crunchy, and not greasy at all. You can tell they were cooked fresh and with care.

Everything came out hot, fast, and exactly how comfort food should be. Simple, well-executed, and satisfying. I’d order this meal again without hesitation.

Highly recommend if you’re craving a solid chicken basket done right.

We placed our dinner order which included “Sundies” and ask to hold off making “Sundies” until we finished our meals, the guy taking our orders said “ok” but our ice creams were made right then so they could melt while we ate our meal. Told them No we did not want them before our meal and she put them in the freezer waiting on us to ask for them. I just don’t feel that they were fresh.

Been to this location a few times and when here the staff has been nothing but professional showing warmth and kindness when taking care of our orders. Today was no exception. The order came out in no time and we thoroughly enjoyed both our food and experience. You can get ice cream anywhere, but with gracious and kind staff it makes this experience truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meal, or simply an ice cream treat. Thank you DQ!!

They seemed busy, but there weren’t very many customers. It took about five minutes before they had time to make our ice cream cones. Inside it was clean, there’s the ordering counter and then a separate pick up window. It has a self service soda machine. Plenty of tables inside and out. It did look like they needed to restock their cup and cone supplies at their ice cream machine in the back, and they were out of the fruity ice cream dip I was hoping to have. The drive through was backed up at the ordering kiosk, even though no cars were at the window. I’m guessing they are short staffed, or just lacking training and experience to keep things smoothly flowing. The ice cream is good, however, for a simple cone or sundae, I can save money by going across the street.

Stopped by last night to order some chicken fingers. They sure look great on the menu. Especially when you order 4 but are given 3 of whatever these are. Not amused. For refrence, the lid to my large drink could cover up this entire “chicken strip”

Very disappointed. I ordered a 4 piece chicken basket, after opening it I noticed legit only 6 fries were in the basket and no bread. We asked the lady at the drive through, not very personable, if there was a mistake because of the lack of fries as well as no toast. Before I could even finish my statement she takes the basket back throws bread with butter and more fries in then shuts the window.

Disappointed with the Value and Service

I recently visited this Dairy Queen and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The staff were friendly, but not particularly attentive or helpful. I ordered a medium Blizzard, which according to the website should be 16 ounces and cost around $6. What I received was noticeably smaller—closer to 13 ounces, at best.

When I asked about the size discrepancy, I was told, “We have to stop at the line,” which didn’t make much sense to me. If I had wanted a small, I would’ve ordered one. I went inside to speak with a manager, but no one was available. I ultimately asked for and received a refund.

The situation took a turn when the staff member who made the Blizzard came over, asked what was going on, and—after hearing my concern—grabbed the cup and slammed it into the trash. His reaction came off as unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional, especially considering I was simply trying to get what I paid for.

With how expensive things are these days, I don’t mind paying more if the quality and experience reflect the price. But in this case, they didn’t. This visit left a bad impression, and unfortunately, it’s not the only time I’ve had similar issues at different locations. I’m sharing my experience here in the hopes that it helps improve service and accountability moving forward. Customers deserve consistency and respect, especially when prices are at a premium.
