***update. I was told to call the location and I did only thing that happened was the manager just confirmed that the price of the cup of water is $3. So this policy will not be changing anytime soon. But they will give you a Dasani bottled water for about a third of the price of that cup of water. So if you like Dasani they have you covered I would definitely have accepted an answer such as we have a filtration system on our water and to offset the cost that’s why we charge you full price or all drinks are free and our cups are $3 I could have accepted that as well anything would have worked for me.. Came for 2 chilli dogs and a cup of water. Food was great and I don’t mind paying for a bottle water or even $1 for a cup of water but they want $3 for a cup of tap water!!! I would have bought their bottled water but it is never cold!!! Zaxby’s gave me a free water cup and I didn’t even buy food!!!

Not sure what was wrong with my friend today on front counter, with the glasses and ponytail but clearly she wasn’t having a good day. I asked for a cup of ice and onion rings with my order.. Had to pay separate for the ice because she didn’t add it to my order like I asked originally then get my food and no onion rings. I just left because it was lunchtime and I didn’t want to cause a scene! Would’ve bought more but had difficulty ordering the cup of ice so I stopped there, didn’t want to ask for too much more. But she clearly wasn’t listening today!

Yesterday I ordered a few blizzards and felt personally attacked by the worker who gave me my things, she threw the change into my hands and they fell all over the concrete in the driveway I couldn’t even pick them up because there was a car behind me when the change fell she replied “Oh well” and laughed, am I joke a to this place?? She needs to be fired for how badly she treats customers this is ridiculous. Will not be coming here again.

Dairy queen is awesome as always when it comes to ice cream. Not a huge fan of the lunch menu. Avoid the mini size it’s for the kiddos pay the extra 80cents or so! Ice cream cakes are off the chain!
