This location is our go for great food and great staff. Always a smile always pleasant to deal with. Cappel is hilarious and a day maker. I’ve even seen another gal help a customer with a dead battery in his car. You don’t ever find consistent good service in fast food in St.Cloud.
It’s fun to sit inside and listen to the music or never a long wait to take it to go. We will be back again next week

This was the best fast food experience I’ve had in a while. We were greeted as soon as we came in. All staff was friendly and attentive. They constantly kept the eating area clean. The food was good and prompt. It was very obvious they took pride in their work. It was really nice to see and we definitely want to come back when we are in the mood for fast food. Great job DQ on Narcoossee!

Dairy Queen is typically the go to for me when it comes to fast food. But seeing an employee named Capell work today really solidified that. He was multitasking while delegating other tasks to other employees to help a busy time of day run smoothly. Smooth, personable and dedicated employees are hard to find these days (especially his age group). 10 out of 10 employee and atmosphere. Everyone there seemed to listen and respond and work together with cohesiveness. Bright futures for Capell in the service industry. If “undercover boss” would have been there he’d end his day with having his own store.

I ordered food from the drive-through window. I literally live a two minute drive from there. By the time I got home the food was still piping hot and that was because the burgers were reheated in the microwave. I took a bite into it and you could tell it was reheated, The meat was dry. The chicken strips were also dry and old . It had a bad taste due to however, long it was sitting, was not edible. I had to throw it out. I went the next day with the receipt to get refunded. The owner refused to refund me my money. I explained to her the situation it fell on deaf ears. The owners obviously don’t care about the customer or they would’ve rectify the situation. The owner could’ve issued me a refund or given me a gift card to come back at a later date. The only option she gave me was to make up the order right there. I told her today that supper was waiting for me at the house. That’s why I didn’t want the food that day. The only option she gave me was to redo the order right there and then, which they did. I explained to her that I frequent this DQ at least once or twice a week, and that if she did not refund me the money that I would not step foot in the store again. I guess the owners are too money hungry and stupid to see the big picture. Looking at some of the other negative post I see this is not a one time thing with the owners of this store. They need to put the customers first, serve fresh food and if there is an issue… make things right . That’s a shame because they’re damaging Dairy Queen’s reputation.

Overpriced chemical taste to the tea and fountain drinks and food itself. Veggies on burger were not fresh bacon was soggy and undercooked. Blizzard was melted served overfilled with wrong cap smooshed and spoon stuck through the straw cap for soda drinks was not pleasant experience.

I’ve ordered the chocolate brownie blizzard with vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate ice cream multiple times. THIS TIME, the dq agent tells me it’s not possible. GREAT! Less calories for me and less profit for DQ! Should hire more people like this guy to keep customers away!

I placed an order at the drive-thru today, 12/19/25, and the person who served me at the window to deliver my order smelled so bad that I could smell it from the window inside my car. I couldn’t eat the food. I believe that the cleanliness and neatness of a restaurant and the employees who work there should be very important. I don’t know what problem that person may be going through right now, but the store manager should be aware of these important details.

This is supposedly 6 chicken strips. I paid for that anyway. What I received is more like 2 regular strips, 2 small strips, and 2 nuggets. Other locations will add an extra to your count if some of the chicken pieces are too small but apparently not here. I won’t be giving money to this location anymore, paying for a chicken strip only to receive a mystery sized cut of chicken. I gave them a year after opening to hope that staff would get on board with better service quality but I haven’t seen any improvements. The other St. Cloud location has their act together! This place doesn’t even give me the chicken in a grease-proof box. They pack it in little cartons stacked on top of each other with a napkin on top which gets totally soaked in grease & becomes useless, then your ranch on top of each carton being cooked from the heat of the chicken. A decent manager could teach them a lot.
