My go to spot for a quick snack or desert! Foods always made fresh. You might have to wait a little longer but its definitely worth it when the food tastes and is actually fresh. After almost giving up on finding a customized Oreo Ice Cream Birthday Cake for my son, I decided to stop by the Dairy Queen in Kissimmee—and I’m so glad I did!
Not only did I find the perfect ice cream cake, but I was also able to have it personalized. A special shout-out to Alexa, who was pleasant, super friendly, and very professional!
She personally decorated my son’s birthday cake, and it looked absolutely amazing. She even wrote the message in his favorite color—without even knowing it!
Thank you so much, Alexa, for doing such a wonderful job and giving us exactly what we hoped for. With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I want you to know how grateful I am for you and your outstanding customer service!

Food was excellent. Staff is super hard working and kind. Only two working when I go. One on orders and one cooking. Not really fair to them. Expect a slight wait. Still worth it but employees deserve better.

The food here is always cooked to order, which means its all the time, served fresh and hot. However, they can not make ice cream blizzards correctly at this location, there are all the time to soft. They are adding too much milk and not enough other ingredients to make it stiff. They will not turn the blizzards upside down at this location because the ice cream would fall to the ground. Too much milk people!!! Also there isn’t difference between the medium size and the large, although the price is over a dollar difference.
The staff is friendly and courteous. The restaurant’s dining room and their outside dining area are always clean.

Placed an order to dine in, restaurant was dirty so we decided to eat in the car. After we ate, we went back inside to get our blizzards. They got mine wrong. I asked for strawberry/banana, and they forgot the banana. The manager Brooklyn then tells me she can give me bananas on the side and I can mix it myself. I asked can you remake it. She did and it was so watery it was leaking all over the place. Gave it back, and she had a bad attitude..she does it again, and it was not mixed right. I didn’t noticed until I drove off. I called to speak to a manager and Brooklyn was rude to me over the phone telling me we didn’t have strawberries but the juice. Then hung up the phone in my face. Looking at my blizzard, it was vanilla ice cream with one huge strawberry at the top and bananas floating at the top. Terrible..and the chicken was hard and gross. Never again will I go to this location on Vine St in Kissimmee FL

This was my first time eating at DQ- and I must say this will be one of my ToP places to go for a burger meal – my 4 star is because I didn’t get any napkins and even though she told them no mustard they still added it – but it was still a great cheeseburger all and all -also Fried were fresh and crispy – worth the price $10 also the girl at the drive thro was super sweet and gave me time to look over the menu

Dairy Queen will always be my favorite ice cream place with reasonable prices.I recommend their creamy parfaits that come in strawberry, peanut butter or caramel and also the chocolate dipped soft serve. They also have ice cream cakes and Dilly bars, blizzards, and shakes. I also love their fries and burgers.

I placed a order on uber eats, mind u I live no more then 10 minutes away. My food was cold upon delivery, food was not fresh, seemed old and I was missing a medium drink that I paid almost $4 for. I will not be ordering from here again and don’t recommend this location. Very disappointed!!
