Jeremiah deserves a raise. What a polite and patient young man! I was not ready when I got to the counter and changed my order, mid order. He didn’t bat an eye, just said, “sure, give me one moment” as he corrected my order on the screen. When our food arrived at the table, it was exactly what I asked for. The food was freshly made and the burgers were great! Not to mention all the treats were delicious. The restaurant was clean and service was good. I read several people complaining about time, but our food arrived fresh…I’ll wait a little bit for that. There were other customers receiving the same service before us so we didn’t think we were going to walk away from the counter with the food.

I’ve been to this location a number of times – service varies. Tonight was quick, however for the 2nd time I ordered soft serve with rainbow sprinkles, which they charge extra for, and definitely just got a sprinkling of them. Most places completely coat it. They did accommodate my request for an empty cup so I could put it down if needed while driving. Added pics (didn’t think to take them until I started, but you can see how one side barely has any).

This place is out of control! The place is a mess. 6 on the clock. Cannot get a clue how to rein this place effectively and efficiently! Just look at the trash on the floor , the dirt on the floor, counters littered. Nothing in the freezer case. The guy up front was clueless how to take orders and get them out! Do not blame the customers that there were too many. These guys couldn’t get anything right ! Skipping over orders, customers whom have been waiting watch others with same orders walkout ahead of theirs. Where is the management? Not there!

I had a very unpleasant experience at the DQ today. I went into the dining area after ordering and two teenage boys were being loud and disruptive in there. It made it uncomfortable to eat in that main area. When I asked to speak to the manager, a teenager came forth and told me if I didn’t like their noise to move to a different section or eat outside. I had already moved to an area far from the boys. She then said: “alright, I’ll go tell them you told me you want them to be quiet and she then smirked at me. I realized as she walked over to them that they were friends of hers who were likely hanging out in the eating area while she worked. Of course, the noise from them just got worse. She later looked at me in the booth I was sitting in and laughed at me. It was an awful experience. All the other customers stayed away from the main dining area, too, after they realized it wouldn’t be a pleasant place to have their food.

I sure hope you can address this issue. The young man who took my order was very polite but the two girls working with him with head sets on, certainly weren’t polite or helpful at all. In fact, they wanted to make me look ridiculous for complaining about the noise and did their best to make me feel that way. May I suggest an older adult to supervise the store. You have a nice eating area, but if there are troublesome teens in there, just hanging out while their girlfriends work, your patrons may go elsewhere. Perhaps just some simple signs: no loitering or time limits posted for using the dining room.

Thank you for hearing me, as I certainly didn’t feel heard or wanted at your store by the female employees who heard my complaint.

9-29-24. This business still does fast food quite WELL. food is always made to order and they have great specials all the time. 3 chicken tenders, fries, soda + strawberry sundae. All for $7.00. I highly recommend

The treats that we had were very good. The biggest problem that we saw was that the floor was very, very greasy to the point of being slippery. The bathrooms were not very clean either. This will prevent us from returning.

Quick service, great Oreo Blizzards and a large screen tv to watch the football game while we enjoyed our ice cream. We also noticed someone buying an ice cream cake from the case while we were there. The staff offered to personalize it for them too.

Had a very concerning experience on the evening of 5/16. We went up to order our ice cream and we paid for our order about 6pm. A black woman (our receipts said Stamenley Joseph) processed our payment Orders #88+#89. We went to the Chill station where there was a vanilla large cone. We asked the gentleman at the chill counter whose it was and he said it was a mistake but “you can have it”. The black woman then left her register and walked over to me and grabbed the vanilla cone from my hand and threw it in the trash. It ruined my experience and I will never be returning back to this place. This woman needs to be coached in customer service, you don’t grab anything from a customer, let alone doing so with no acknowledgment. What happened to “smile and be friendly, or make it right”? Unbelievable.

We waited in the drive thru line for 20 min. And then got melted ice cream. We literally live 1 min away. If we would have opened in the car it would have been a huge mess! These pics are after i opened over the sink.. in which icecream poured all over once i opened the lid. I’m 90% sure these were made after we ordered and then sat for 20 min! Horrible business! Sadly wont be back until they can figure out how to run their business!
