I Love my Dairy Queen it’s the best. Food always hot and drinks nice and cold not too much ice. Blizzards are the best. I like trying the new ones when they come out!!

So it’s Wednesday, 19 November 2025. I get a cream for a chili dog and I’ve gone here for 4 1/2 years. Pretty uneventful.
However, today I did my same routine.
WOW, the hotdog is really hot dog the chilies really chilly not some dark whatever and everything is fresh and wonderful. And guess what the fries are better than McDonald’s. Nice job DQ. I’m dropping Mickey D’s and coming to you from now on for everything.

A lot of teenagers working…on phones and talking to friends when the drive thru is backed up and waiting. One guy keeps walking to side door to look at the cars backed up instead of doing his job. They seem friendly somewhat…they do allow the cones to sit in window …on the dirty window before handing to customers….seems a little supervision would take this place to greatness!!

My daughter had flown into town and we had been shopping. She saw the Dairy Queen and we decided to stop for a treat. There was no dine in area, so we opted to sit outside at one of the tables.
My daughter wanted the fish sandwich combo with diet Pepsi. Honey mustard on the fries. I ordered a hot fudge Sunday and a fruit punch for a drink
The order arrived, my daughter did not see any honey mustard, and went to the window to inquire. She was told the honey mustard was 32 cents. She declined, then she looked at the receipt and saw honey mustard on our receipt. Come to find out the honey mustard was put on the fish sandwich. I then noticed I did not have my drink. Looked at the receipt and she never entered it in.
The servers name was Hannah and she needs to learn to listen.
She seemed to be a scatter brain, and does not take the time to listen.
I noticed my hot fudge Sunday did not look like your pictures. There was no hot fudge poured across the top of the ice cream. It was only in the bottom of the cup. Very disappointing.
I will say, I won’t be returning to this store. It seems they have their own way of operating and it is not like the other DQ’s I have visited.

I’ve been to this Dairy Queen Grill & Chill location well over 20 times – generally for treats (over the course of the last year)! This being said, I’ve never had a negative experience and I’ve been to this location in the afternoon, dinner hours, and evening time all day of the week and weekend.
The food is always good and well prepared. It is an adequate temperature and portion. The staff is always friendly and helpful; although you can sometimes tell they’re swamped and stressed about this (which is completely reasonable and understandable) their attitude isn’t affected in any negative manner, ever! Great people working here!
The prices are fair and the service is quick, pleasant, and accurate. I generally walk up or order on the app ahead of time and walk up to the pick up window for my order. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen location for your sweet treat needs!

I’m sorry but since the young group has taken over and the managers little family neice runs the place has horrible service. Everything on on order was wrong only ask for sauce they charged 20 cents extra but since I paid with a debit card I handed in my debit card again and they got mad but in reality the sauce came with my chicken nuggets tenders. This place needs a over haul inside now that the out side is done.
My ice cream came out 30mmin before my food so I had 2 bananas floating in cup. The guy next to me ordered then went to the window to ask about his food they said sir we are closed?
Also the older lady was told they would bring her food out
They called her up to the window handed her 5 bags 50.00 food.

Firstly, when I was placing the order whoever was on the intercom was rude and pushy (maybe kenedy?). We almost drove off to start from that. Then we get our food/treats. We ordered a parfait for my 1st daughter…NO NUTS, it says this on the receipt, what we got was an ice cream FULL OF NUTS. Do you realize how dangerous that is? When it comes to peanuts, your staff should be more mindful. Next I ordered a vanilla with my 2nd daughter’s kids meal, I was given chocolate. Lastly my 3rd and final daughter had barley any receese in her blizzard. The only thing that was right, was fried (tenders and fries). Unacceptable and off putting experience to say the least.
Follow up: I spoke to the “manager”.. the absolute ONLY thing she seemed to want to address was the one staff member on the intercom. “I will speak with Kenedy”. How about the other 3 MESS UPS, the 85% of my order incorrect?
We won’t be back ever, to many good Ice cream shops around that take pride.
If you want friendly staff and correct orders, go elsewhere!!
