Got the 7$ deal with the crispy onion cheese burger and a sundae w fries and a drink! It was amazing and I added a caramel shake that was gone before we got home lol couldn’t stop drinking it like wow it’s definitely worth getting a large! Dairy Queen always come through and the customer service was spectacular!
Had a brief wait where we had to pull ahead and wait for the food but it wasn’t bad.
Staff was friendly.

“I stopped by Dairy Queen today and ordered a Blizzard, which was fantastic! The ice cream was great, and I’d definitely recommend it. However, I was a bit disappointed with the fries – the large order seemed small, and it could use more fries to feel like a satisfying portion. The cheese curds were average, but a bit greasy. Overall, Dairy Queen’s strength lies in their ice cream, but there’s room for improvement with their savory items.”

Just awful. I ordered and paid over $6 for a mini Royal NY cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake and there was literally zero cheesecake. Just ice cream and strawberries. Nothing has changed since I came years ago.

I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at the Dairy Queen on Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers. I ordered my food online and clearly selected the options for no ketchup, no mayonnaise, and none of the extras I didn’t want. When I got my order, my sandwich was completely wrong — it had everything on it that I specifically asked them NOT to put. On top of that, the burger looked like it had been sitting out all day. It was sloppy, old-looking, and definitely not fresh.
I called the store to let them know, thinking it was just a mistake. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix it, the manager argued with me, telling me the order wasn’t wrong and that they “just made it,” even though I had the messed-up sandwich right in my hands. The lack of accountability was unbelievable.
What made it even worse was what happened afterward — she actually texted my phone (which I never gave permission for) and cussed me out. A manager reaching out to a customer like that, just to be rude and disrespectful, is beyond unprofessional. It’s something I’ve never experienced from any business before.
This location clearly does not care about quality or customer service, and the behavior of the manager says everything you need to know about how poorly the place is run. Honestly, she should not be in a management position at all.
If you value your money and your time, I do NOT recommend this Dairy Queen. There are plenty of places that treat their customers with respect and actually get orders right.

Took a while for a worker to come take our order. Food was brought out quickly. Had to go back and ask for a fork – the woman who took our order was making an ice cream for another customer. Once she handed him the ice cream she didn’t even look at me or ask what I needed. Just an unfriendly vibe by the workers.

I got home my burger had a kinky black hair in it and the fries were soggy.So I go back inside they replace both. The cook has kinky black hair and has nothing to cover his hair. The woman that handed me my food turned her back to me.She never said anything like we’re sorry or anything.horrible service

Great prices and combo meals. Perfect for a family meal. Interior was clean and tables and chairs were sanitized. All the employees wore mask and were friendly and professional. Food was typical for a fast food place and blizzards and sundaes were delicious. Lots of free parking.

Staff were polite but they barely put any of the toppings in the blizzards, been here 3 x and halfway through the blizzard it’s just vanilla ice cream. Not sure why they are being skim on this. It’s quite disappointing.

I bought some milkshakes, and they were rubbish. They were more liquid than I expected. I waited 22 minutes for rubbish. The manager saw her wiping sweat and nose with her hands. It’s disgusting.
