Came out with my family for a quick meal and ice cream. We’ve been here before and been disappointed every time. I don’t know the guys name since I don’t see anyone wearing a name badge. But the bald guy who wears glasses on his head is not so nice. He has the worst customer service I have experienced in Cape Coral. This restaurant is dirty. There are gnats flying around and getting in our food. The blizzard came out liquidy. Now I see why they don’t flip the blizzards st this location. The food was Luke warm. And the fries were not full. Besides the bald guy, the staff was friendly. I do not recommend this location.

Dairy queen to me is the best fast food restaurant. I don’t know if they use different oils or not but I can eat their cheeseburgers but not others. The employees are always nice never had 1 with an attitude inside or drive-thru.

It’s not the kid’s fault really. Management is sub-par for any business. Sweeter the bee, sweeter the honey! Hire a more kid friendly and competent person to run things. Not a guy that clearly has an aggression towards them, that they do not like or respect and it translates into them not caring about their own work ethic. Again, it’s not bad students but a poor leader!

First time I’ve been to dairy queen. Ordered the flamethrower burgerm had amazing flavor perfect spice to it. The patty was just right cooked to order. And fries were great. And to top it all off with a strawberry shake.

My husband wanted to surprise me with a treat, he gets home and the hot fudge sundae is missing hot fudge. Kind of defeats the purpose. The Dairy Queen on Skyline is a better option, no issues.
