Man this is disappointing. I don’t know what happened, but DQ must’ve changed their recipes. This is the place I used to come for solid Crispy Chicken Tenders, but what I got was just an utter disgrace.
Look at those pictures. Look at how floppy and sad that Chicken Tender is. The fries? Seasoned with only broken hopes and dreams. The Country Gravy? Watery like my tears. What happened to its heartiness? It’s Southern resolve?
But the biggest disgrace is the “Texas Toast” which, they seem to have forgotten the “Toast” aspect. Look at it. LOOK AT IT. Where is any HINT of brown? It’s basically white bread with liquid butter slathered on it. That Toast is whiter than me and I unironically wear flip flops with socks and khaki shorts and enjoy bad Dad jokes. That’s just too white. It’s not right man.
I don’t blame the staff, it really just is a step down from what I used to get from DQ. I really do think it’s the recipe. Maybe it’s just an off day? Not sure. But I definitely won’t be coming back here for a bit

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Cape Corral 6-1-25
Stopped by for a Banna Split & Blizzard. I love their Blizzards and my wife likes the Banana splits they serve. This place was clean and neat. Easy to order and they make you ordered of ice cream items fast. They even have a drive trough if you don’t want to come inside. Once inside they have plenty of tables and even an outside seating area. I must give their soft ice cream as I never got hot food there a 4 out of 5 stars.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Just ordered food and the pretzels came out literally rock solid and after paying extra for things to be added they legit gave me nothing. So I just gave them free money basically and then the proceeded to tell me that a refund was not possible. How fun is that?

not sure why the workers here have such a bad attitude but maybe if your job sucks get a new one! hope this helps. i’m not the type to be ignorant or ever leave a bad review but when im being nice and respectful i think it’s deserved back. they had forgetting something with our order and i politely brought it up and all the cashier could do was roll her eyes. (like its my fault) i said to have a good night and thanks again and they slammed the window shut! how kind!!!

What’s a shitty location!!! I wanted a MINT chocolate peppermint bark. My boyfriend came home with VANILLA peppermint bark!!! When I tried calling NO ONE answered the phone (I tried calling three times). The one on Skyline answered my call right away AND they knew what I asked inquiring about. I do NOT recommend this place. I was mad during my lunch hour and it made my boyfriend angry.

We waited well over a half an hour! Then the French fries weren’t even done, the gravy was like water and the toast wasn’t even toasted! Worst drive through I’ve ever experienced!!

I went thought the drive thru and I pulled up I skipped the drive thru order thing and went to the window because I had those free coupon things and I didn’t know what to say a worker (female) opened the window I told her about skipping the drive thru and she took the coupons and started giving us the things she gave us the cone and she said to pay almost 25 dollars and when it charged my account we asked why and she put someone else’s order with mine she had the manager or whatever come and when we got that situated she closed the window on me while I was waiting for one more ice cream she opens the window maybe a few minutes later with a bad attitude and she didn’t say anything but her expression was like if she was saying what do u want and I told her “what about our sundae” she handed it to me almost dropping it. Not to forget i got very bad service and the employees were very rude and had an attitude wish this place was like how it used to be.

Firstly DQ, how you gonna charge me for two gravy’s that would have fit just fine in one of the cups lol? The tenders were good! So are the fries when you get them hot! Texas toast was dry, but I had my own butter and dipped it in the gravy which made it taste a lot better! Still happy and grateful for my order though.. after a late night shift! But do better with the gravy club DQ!

Went through the drive thru it was 10:45. They said they close in maybe 10 mins the kitchen was closed and I said well can I not get any blizzards and the girl said yeah and then she sighed over the intercom. I asked for the manager she was like acted like she was bothered and rolled her eyes. And said well we didn’t service you can still get your blizzards and I said no I will go down to another dairy Queen so I went to the dairy Queen off of skyline and they were very nice there didn’t seem to be bothered by people coming into order yes they close later but they were also friendlier. I have been going to this one on pine Island and it has gradually gotten worse and they’re not friendly there.
