WTHeck bro we have been sitting here waiting for more than 20 mins for a few cheeseburgers . What are you doing is this for real?? Every employee is standing around doing nothing. Maybe I should go to the drive thru maybe the service would be quicker or I’d run out of ⛽️ gas waiting when I finally ask I was told it never went to the kitchen. Seriously

We had order 3 milkshakes and an ultimate chocolate brownie blizzard . The 3 milkshakes were great but the blizzard looked like this served to us. My man took about 3 bites in the car til, he turned on the trucks cab light and realized. Unfortunately, we couldn’t turn back around because I had to drop my kids back off at their dad’s house. We are usual customers and we’ve never had any problems before. I understand they were a little behind but usually the quality is still on point. Very disappointed

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal, number 12, but received the non-spicy chicken. Though I hesitated at first, I embraced the unexpected and found it to be incredibly delicious. This establishment also creates fantastic milkshakes and cake that I wholeheartedly recommend for any special occasion.

1st time getting food here and completely disappointed! Ordered $40 worth of food, and the burgers were barely warm, fries were cold, and paid for ranch dipping sauce, which I get none! Nothing was fresh or hot! Also, I asked for a large fry and paid for which and got a medium size. Ordered the sauce and tossed 6 piece, and they barely are the meaning of ‘sauce and tossed’ and, again, barely warm chicken as well with sauce pissed on them.

Have never been inside, always drive through. I get the same order every time. Medium chocolate shake and large fries. 1st time I got 9 ketchups and enough napkins to use if I spilled all 9 ketchups. Next time even after ordering no ketchup I got 6. Today when I got to the window I said I didn’t need any ketchup, he said they’re already in the bag want me to take out? I said yes, he took out 5 I still got two. This particular DQ is ketchup happy.

Ordered bacon cheeseburger and had to wait about 7 minutes at the end of the drive thru, then opened the bag to find the most greasy burger ever. Buns we soaked and just nasty. Not going back.

Nice clean restaurant, staff was friendly and helpful. Ordered and food is brought to the table. Chickens strips were solid chicken, tasty and hot. Fries were hot and well cooked.

Not enough employees. Management is not the same. Some of the employees were not responsive. One lady with dark curly hair was very nice and seemed to be doing everything herself.

If you didn’t know the now you do that they got Orange Julius here too! Its location is always clean and the staff are very friendly, plus they’re real quick on the drive-thru
