The crew was friendly, the cook in the back looked overwhelmed. Way too much mustard on the burgers but he got them right. Took our dogs on a #pupcupdate LOVE the $7 meals.

Pulled into the drive through at 10:49 sat at the speaker for five minutes checked online to make sure they hadn’t closed… decided to pull to the window and saw two young girls on their phones. The one girl comes and opens the window and says we’re closed. I said you close at 11? She said it’s 11 i said no it’s not and I’ve been at the speaker for 5 minutes now. They said everything’s off… they could have told me that at the speaker instead of just being silent and playing on their phones. I’m a young girl myself but wow CRAP service.

It says 11 clock on the website on the drive thru you guys close .I drive all the way to Fresh food to Avon Park to Sebring after a double shift to get your experience.We got there in the window at 11:32 2 mins I guess they close at 10:30 poor service never going back

Couldn’t get my order right (4 piece w/extra gravy). Charged me for everything but gave me no toast until I asked and only 3 pieces of chicken.. I politely let them know as I left that I had no toast bc they gave me a 3 piece meal yet charged me for 4 piece. They ended up giving me a coupon and were nice about it. Food was great though, not had DQ in years!

Always has a drive through line that takes awhile. Service is kind of slow usually. Good prices on what they offer though. Always a good snack. Added some pictures of waiting in the line as well as the parking area filled with people waiting.

Flamethrower burger looked like something from a commercial! First time getting a fast food sandwich with that kind of presentation. Great tasting sandwich! Cheese curds are amazing with the marinara sauce they gave me with it. Culver’s never gave me sauce with theirs.

I had a new York cheese cake blizzard added brownies. So good. Service was pleasant and interactive. Bathrooms were clean. Establishment was clean also.

It’s the 3rd or 4th time ordering at this DQ. There is always something wrong every time. Not only were the burgers fixed wrong, the bread was burnt! The funny thing is they have not been busy the times we have visited. The DQ in front of Highlands Regional is by far better, friendlier and even packed they get the order correct. A fair fast food place. Our table was a little sticky but the dining area was bright and quiet. Food was excellent, no complaints about that. The bathroom needed some attention, and the paper towels were all gone.
