This Dairy Queen was so anticipated and the residents waited YEARS for this to come to our city. Sadly the hype was all that it was. The NEWNESS wore off real quick and the quality settled into what you would expect from a Palm Bay Fast Food chain- terrible. We visited tonight and got a burger meal plus 2 Blizzards. One of the Blizzards was a Medium royal cheesecake and it was supposed to have Cheesecake chunks, graham cracker, vanilla ice cream and STRAWBERRIES. I ate exactly one bite of Cheesecake and maybe one spoonful of strawberry flavoring! What happened to this mess?? Why does Dairy Queen think they can rip their customers off when they are paying money for false advertising. The menu should state graham crackers and vanilla ice cream with a small taste of strawberry and cheesecake flavoring because THAT is all you will get. So disappointed and thinking this might have been just human error but this is the SECOND visit ordering the cheesecake blizzard with NO cheesecake!! This is CHEAP tactics and ripping off your customers is not going to bode well for repeat visits. The burger meal was ok, the fries cold and overall I would not give this place even one star, sadly. The restaurant is fully accessible, with indoor seating, casual vibe, and a drive thru but customer service non existent. The employees act like they are just trying to get through the shift. Overall BLAH and what started out as a promise of something we all waited for ended up being yet another disappointment. Tired of not getting what I pay for.

My visit to this Dairy Queen location was very concerning.

The ice in my drink appeared dirty, which made me question whether the ice machine is being cleaned properly. In addition, the food I received did not seem to be served at the proper temperature and tasted like it may not have been freshly prepared.

I also noticed employees handling food without properly washing their hands, which raises serious food safety concerns. For a newer establishment, the cleanliness and food safety standards were extremely disappointing.

Because of these issues, I will be contacting the local food safety inspector so the location can be evaluated. I strongly recommend management address these sanitation concerns immediately to protect customers.

This is the BEST Dairy Queen I ever visited. It’s newly built, so it’s clean. The staff are super friendly, they keep the place very clean (even the bathrooms are always immaculate), and they go out of their way to please customers. For some reason, their food and treats look BETTER than Dairy Queen’s official pictures of their products! I’ve never experienced that before. The owner and management really take pride in this restaurant, I can tell. Thank you!

I have never went wrong at this Dairy Queen. This is the “go to” for my house for getting a quick bite to eat. The food never disappoints, always fresh and delicious! One of the greatest fast food joints in Palm Bay, at least to me ❤️

I love DQ . I have been a regular for ages (since 2011 ) back in the Middle East up to now . I am just not happy for my banana split . I can’t even see my banana (so tiny ) .Lots of cream on it , strawberry syrup with no real strawberry with few pineapple tidbits. Doesn’t taste one .Asking for extra nuts is a good idea . Plus , I have never asks for a catsup twice at the counter in my life . I used to get a couple of sachets usually available just right infront of u . I’m not just used to it .

This Dairy Queen has great customer service each time we go. The food it always hot, the Blizzards are always perfect and all is prepared promptly. If we order through the app, it is always ready on time. I complained about something tonight, but I was the one that was wrong. They were were calm and accommodating as they explained what I had missed. They couldn’t have done a more thorough job. Every order, every time has been accurate. Thank you for being consistent!

Beyond upset with Dairy Queen. I went in specifically to try a DQ cupcake and it was made completely wrong. What I received looked pitiful—flat, sloppy, and nothing like what it’s supposed to be. For the price, that’s unacceptable.

On top of that, the service was rude and dismissive. I’m honestly sick of spending my hard-earned money at places where customers are treated like an inconvenience. Between the poor quality and the awful service, this was a complete disappointment. Absolutely pathetic all around.

Visited about 3:00 on a Thursday. Drive-thru was wrapped around the building. Wanted to bring my granddaughter for her first Dairy Queen Blizzard and she said she wanted to go inside so that’s what we did. Looks great, just like a brand new building should. Everything was clean, wiped up, and it’s a nice, airy dining area although a little on the small side. I could see why they made that choice to have a smaller footprint because so many people just use the drive-thru.

We placed our order to go and smooth process throughout. There were two tables with people eating in, and we had a seat while we waited for our two blizzards and one peanut buster parfait to be ready. I took a couple of pictures of the interior and before I knew it… definitely less than 10 minutes if even that long… our order was delivered ready to go to our table.

Service was excellent. I actually thought it would take a lot longer and they would prioritize drive-thru. My granddaughter was thrilled to realize that there was much more than ice cream here and proceeded to explain the entire menu to me lol. We have to go back and try out some of the food and I’ll give an opinion on that once done.

Overall, ice cream was great. My peanut butter parfait was a little lacking with ice cream and there were a lot of peanut skins in there which wasn’t very pleasant. That’s the only reason that there’s a four on the food. Granddaughter made her own m&m and Oreo blizzard and we grabbed one for my husband who always has chocolate ice cream with Reese’s cups.
This Dairy Queen makes three ice cream stores down the same stretch of road. But I really think they cater to different kinds of taste. The Dairy Queen having food service is different from our other ones. I think they’ll be quite busy with food until the novelty wears off.

Our total for the mini blizzard, medium blizzard, PB parfait was $17 so a little high but then again what isn’t.

I’m looking forward to trying their cheese curds, etc. In general it kind of felt like being inside Culver’s which is also a favorite and tense offer pretty much the same food item. We will definitely be back and I was impressed with how smooth everything was running for a recently opened store.

If you know anything about recent building in Palm Bay you’ll understand that we’re just thrilled it’s not a self-storage or a car wash

food and desserts taste great! but be careful if you go inside before the dining room closes. i took these pictures about 25 minutes after the girl mopped the floors and all the wet floor signs weren’t put out either.

also i’m pretty sure all the owner responses to these reviews are ai-generated but to each their own i guess

Still busy after being open for 4 months. Parked and went in. Husband ordered Chocolate Malt and I ordered a soft serve twist. Both were yummy. Drive thru seemed to move quickly.
