We usually have no issues at this location to be honest. This LAST visit on a Sunday around 4pm though I was very disappointed! I ordered 2 of the chicken tender meal deals for myself and my son. Now I’ll take accountability for not checking my food until after I got home to put away my groceries. Which by the time I opened my box is when I realized they had given us food equivalent to that of a kids meal! After I told my son I was taking the food back because we pretty much always get the meal deal so I knew the serving was not what I paid for, he had already eaten all 10 of his fries . Regardless, I took both boxes back and inside was definitely full of teenagers and if there were any adults with a sense of decent customer service they certainly didn’t make themselves known. My tone was definitely upset but yelling was a stretch lol ! I mean how hard was it to comprehend that one of the boxes (pictured) had not been eaten at all and from several past orders I know this is not the correct serving for a meal deal. I simply asked for my order to be remade correctly or my money back. Their focus was on the box that I admitted my son ate all the fries already and all they heard was refund. No worries, this is exactly why I prefer to eat at home anyway. Thank you for the reminder. Adequate customer service really isn’t difficult when you do the job right the first time that goes for any job role !

I’ve never had any issues with this place. I love getting my order right, and this spot is a 5-star in my book. The food is always hot and fresh; the drive-thru wait time is super short. The workers are always nice and polite, plus I drive 25 minutes just for Dairy Queen!

I waiting 30 minutes for my food before I found out from one of the employees that the food cook could not see my order on their screen. Our ice cream order showed up, but not the food order. I told them that we were travelling and could not wait another 15-20 minutes for our food and asked for a refund. It took about 5 minutes for them to find my order at the register to give me my refund. Employees seemed nice, but whatever happened with their system or employee error was not acceptable. I would not recommend going to this location if you plan on going in the restaurant, because they could lose your order.

Usually I try to start my reviews with the good first. I’ve given this location three tries, all with close to the same result. I’m going to be honest, there was no good. This visit we spent 40 minutes in the drive-thru…seriously. They were out of coke. So the order was only a cheeseburger and a blizzard. The ice cream was running down the sides of the cup, and there were no napkins. The cheeseburger was cold. I’ll include a picture of the burger with top off so you can see the quality of the tomato and onions. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone, and will not give it another try.

Went into this location at 3pm last Thursday. Super clean, nice staff. See all the pretty cakes in the freezer, decide last minute to buy a cake for a birthday I was going to that night. Asked if my sons could pick it up in an hour as I was in the middle of errands and couldn’t carry an ice cream cake with me. They were beyond accommodating. They even personalized it for me by frosting “Happy Birthday —-“ on it. It was so last minute and the staff was soooo nice and really made the whole experience so pleasant. I will definitely be returning! Btw-the cake was DELICIOUS. It had crunchies all through the middle. Great service, super clean store, yummy food (I got a combo meal and a shake, the cake was an impulse buy because they looked so pretty in the display and were VERY reasonably priced), above and beyond service. 10/10 totes recommend.

I wanted to compliment the young lady who served us lunch at this location yesterday, Monday 3/3/2. Dairy Queen has a gem of an employee! I did not get her name, but she was friendly, helpful with suggestions for ordering the items we wanted, including receiving ice cream after our meal so that it stayed frozen, and got our food to us very quickly. Our food came out hot and tasted fresh. We sat outside, at a clean table. We had a good experience at this Dairy Queen.
