Tiniest “chicken fingers” I’ve ever seen, then one of my 3.2 chicken fingers, lol of course the biggest ones, was one of the spicy flamethrower strips ( not a nice surprise, I can’t do spicy because of heartburn.) Then my gravy was so cold it literally had little chunks in it where it was bunching up from the cold. I don’t leave many negative reviews, but man fast food is getting too expensive to be sending out food like this. This location used to be great, but over the past year or two it’s just gone down a bit. About like most things, the more expensive it gets the less the quality gets.

By far the worse Dairy Queen I have ever patronized. The first time I went through the drive thru and waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes was told that “she would get to me when she can.” So, I left and figured I’d try again another day. Today, I went there to try it again, but inside. Stood at counter for 4-5 minutes before one of the 3 employees even recognized me. Apparently, the woman at the counter tried to overcharge me for my banana split. Then, another guy came over and couldn’t figure it out. Neither one of these employees said a word to me. I did get my order 10 minute slater but forgot part of the order. I ask the 3 employees whether they even wanted any custmers. The manager got nasty with me and said I would have to leave and that he would refund me money! Oh, the store is dirty and disarray. I would not go back just because of this fact. I will never go back because this is not just a “bad day” but more of a culture of incompetence and not giving a damn. Maybe the owner or corporate will catch on to the poor status of this store.

We had a fabulous visit to this DQ! Danielle took our online order and custom made my Dad’s banana split to perfection! She is the nicest person! Excellent customer service! Our entire order was delicious and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend this DQ….the soft serve vanilla is so yummy! Keep up the good work Danielle and the rest of your wonderful team. We will be back to visit again soon!

21 Jan 2026….I gave my order at the drive through microphone for two strawberry sundae ice creams…..I waited for 15 minutes before anyone showed up at the drive through window……No cars in the parking lot, no one in the store……finally someone showed up but didn’t even acknowledge that I was waiting on an order. SOOO…..I left. Just a small order but the store couldn’t even produce it. Never again at this location. Do better for your customers!

We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Blizzards and a Pup Cup. The speaker or enunciation of the team member terrible, we could not understand anything. We get to the window and attempt to have the DQ promo card scanned, I was told it was too late and I needed to be faster at telling him. That’s fine I can respect that. The gentleman has a slight attitude but I get it, customer service sucks. He quickly flips the blizzards and hand them to us, I ask about the pup cup, I clearly inconvenienced the gentleman. I looked down at one of the blizzards and it appeared to be soft, I replicated the gentlemen’s flip and the contents of the cup immediately plopped out, because it was melted. The gentleman got upset and that the blizzard plopped out of the cup, aggressively told us to pull forward and he would fix it. He then came out a tossed a receipt at me and said “I refunded your order” and walked away. Terrible service on this visit, we visit this location frequently and never experienced a team member act or respond like this.

One of the best DQs I’ve been to.
The facilities are new, beautiful and pleasant. The outside is well landscaped. There was some soft music playing in the background.
I was greeted by a nice lady who took my order with a smile. She also answered a question I had.
My food was served to my table, fresh and hot. The tomato and lettuce was still cool, and the burger patty was hot. The fries were cooked to perfection.
This is a great family friendly place with both indoor and outdoor dining, and take-out.
I highly recommend this DQ!

I ate here one evening while I was on vacation. I drank a soft drink and had a chili cheese coney and soon after I started to eat I got severe vertigo. I dismissed it and it grew worse. I had to immediately had to go to the restroom where it only got even worse. I threw the food away and returned home. I have to bring this to the owners attention. After I returned home and five hours later I was fine. (after the food was gone) I am not saying it was the food but it did happen and I have no health issue to blame it on. I know a little bit about the fast food business and maybe the food was spoiled or not the proper temperature or maybe the drink machine had something in it from a cleaning . It might be a good chance to check into the food preparation. Thank you. Its was on Tuesday evening the Oct.28th around 3-5 pm. There was one young lady at the front register and someone in the back that I could not see. She was super nice and the place was clean.

Both the service, food and atmosphere were great. I had a chili Dog w/fries, my wife had 3-piece chicken strips meal deal. Great value and the food was delicious. We eat here frequently and have always been pleased. I agree, it is one of the best DQ’s I have ever been too. Our favorite for sure!

By far the worse Dairy Queen I have ever gone too. I have lived in PCB for a year the first time I went through the drive thru I was told at 30 minutes before they were going to close that none of the grills were on! Today I went there to try it again and was at the drive thru and sat for 15 minutes and never moved so I I backed up and just parked and went in and was told while waiting I would be helped soon after 10 to 15 minutes nothing! I left and told those behind me good luck! I will never go back they should consider closing the store! Thankfully a Whataburger is across the street in front of Lowes!!

Salad was OK, but pretty sure the hamburger was microwaved. Service was good, got the food out quick, but was the worst fast food burger. Note to self…Dairy Queen for desert only.
