Normally they have great burgers but who ever was running the place on 12/29 around 5pm and 6pm they gave me burgers with burnt black dry patties. Look like they had been sitting all day. They also arent the normal size. They were flat.
I took them back and asked for fresh ones but they brought me the burgers in way less time than it takes to cook fresh burgers.
These burgers were obviously thrown together angerly. Look at the pathetic picture. Sucks because this place is usually on point. I called the girl just blammed it on a machine. Lol

Probably the best DQ we’ve ever been to. Kallum makes the best blizzards, sunday’s and shakes. All of the staff were so friendly accommodating. Definitely recommend

The people that work during the day M-F are awesome. The jerks that work evenings and weekends are rude and can’t seem to do their jobs properly. They like to have people pull up, go park, etc because they have a long line. They have a long line because they aren’t taking care of their customers. Having 6 cars pull up because you don’t have their orders ready yet is absolutely ridiculous. Being rude about it is even worse. I think they should start over with their typical evening staff. Get more people like the daytime staff. Daytime never has 6+ cars putting ahead to wait an absurd amount of time for food. The evening staff also likes to forget the people they have pull forward. So good luck getting food in any sort of quick fashion in the evening. They can’t handle typical evening customers.

I always come to this Dairy Queen and I always rave about how good they are, but I’ve noticed that since the Dairy Queen on Blanding closed, the food has gone downhill. It’s almost like they don’t have to try anymore because they have no more competition. Attached, please see the fries I’ve attached to this review. They really looked at these fries and said “yeah those are good to send out”. I don’t know how a fry can be burnt, cold, soggy, and stale at the same time. I won’t even start about the toast I am so disappointed, I really thought this DQ wasn’t like all of the other fast food places around

They used to be great when the other DQ was still around but lately the service lacks a little and a lot of times now when I go there 1 hour before they close they run out of some items and will not make anymore because they close in less than an hour.

Literally the worst service. It was already getting bad but has just gotten worse over time. The person at the drive thru was extremely rude and not the brightest. She told me she did not have chocolate ice cream for the blizzard I ordered, but had it for the cup of chocolate ice cream I ordered. Make that make sense. So when I questioned it, she said they did not have the choclate ice cream and she was going to give me vanilla, ummmm what?!? I said no, and changed the order to an additional blizzard. She refused to repeat the order at first and had a major attitude at the window. The heavy set dark haired manager should be ashamed of herself. When I picked up my food at the window she refused to add a fries to my order and told me I would have to go back around through the drive thru line. Maybe if the girl at the drive thru would have gotten my order right and repeted it when I asked, I would not have had to ask for the fries. I would avoid this Dairy Queen and go to a different one if possible, especially if you go in the evening.

Cashier was polite and professional, but management made me uncomfortable. I watched an employee be coerced to pay personally for a minor ring-up mistake after I corrected my order.
That should never happen. Mistakes are part of running a business and staff shouldn’t be pressured into covering them.

Never again. Night crew is much worse than the day crew. A bunch of anti-social kids not liking their jobs. Ordered a burger combo no ketchup. She repeated my order as no fry. Yeah, I ordered a combo, hold the fry. Hopefully she was just high. The alternative is scary. Burger and fries not hot after waiting 5 minutes for the order. Asked for Xtra mustard on the burger and just got 4 packets of mustard tossed on top of my ¾ full large fry. I get it, working fast food sucks but there are much better choices for spending our money.
