The food has always been good and is out in a timely manner. However, when it comes to the workers it is easily apparent that there is a lack of accountability when it comes to work place safety. I noticed that all people working in the evening were wearing crocs that are clearly out of compliance with OSHA standards. I havw noticed this on my last 3 or 4 visits

Went through the drive thru and was shorted $10 in change. I was told the manager would have to count the drawer that night to refund me. Called the next morning I was told to see the owner, went to the store no owner was available. Went to the store in person, the owner said the drawer wasn’t over by $10. I asked them to review the camera footage so that he could see that I paid with a $20 bill and exact change and was owed $10. The owner stated that the cameras at the drive thru didn’t work that good to see. I wasn’t offered a gift card for $10 or anything. Will not return.

Great place to have lunch. Customer service was a stellar 10/10. We were asked if we would like to have our dessert made after we finished eating our entrees so the ice cream wouldn’t be melted. Extremely thoughtful. The burger, chicken tenders and fries were all HOT. Definitely made to order. The HEATH® Caramel Brownie Cupfection is divine. The Cinnamon Roll Centers Blizzard is very good as well (not as good as the Heath dessert).
The only reason I took a star off was due to the bathroom (women’s) . There was no tissue paper. Other than this caveat, the restaurant was extremely clean and well-kept and I will definitely be back.

This is the second time I visit this location and the ice cream I like is the new one named “Hot Chocolate Coco” . It was totally different from my first experience. This time, I could not see the chocolate colors or taste the flavor of chocolate. It was all about vanilla and cookies. I shared some pictures for you to judge. Definitely not going to this location ever again. It seems like this location is not doing well enough to actually serve the chocolate. It might be too expensive for them to afford it… whatever it is going on, it happened to my husband more than 3 times already.

If I could give zero stars tonight I would. I went to Dairy Queen and ordered what I’ve previously ordered several times and “manager T” claimed I couldn’t be given an order total due to what I was ordering without being charged extra. I ordered a Brownie and Heath Bar Cupfection but kindly asked “T” not to put the brownie in the cup with the ice cream. My personal reason for this is because the brownie gets soggy. Needless to say “T” claimed she couldn’t put the brownie on the side because it came together. That’s ridiculous. U less the cup is made with the brownie inside there’s no reason she shouldn’t have been able to honor my request. Dairy Queen is already a bit pricey so I refused to pay extra for a simple request. Then I asked for a manager, “T” refused to give me a manager and refused to give me a name other than saying she’s the manager and has been there for 10 years. If “T” has been at Dairy Queen on Macon Rd this needs to be her last year (2025). I asked for the general manager she refused to give me a name; I asked for the store manager “T” refused to give me a name. However, I took a picture of “T” just in case her name is not “T.” Customers should not have to drive off without food for a simple request like above. With “T’s” attitude I will not return to Dairy Queen until she’s gone. I know I’m one of many customers but this is ridiculous.

AVOID at all costs–it’s just not worth it. The food was barely edible but even if it weren’t I’ve never been treated as unprofessionally as I was by that awful woman they put on their management team. I’ve been coming to this location for a very long time but I have plenty of other options… I’ll be voting with my wallet by going somewhere else from now on. Also, if the customer does you the favor of placing the order and paying for it over the app then you should do them the favor of handing it to them through the drive-thru window instead of making them get out of their cars and wait. If I had placed the order in the drive-thru they would have had to prepare it, take my payment, AND hand it to me through the window so why the extra hoops after doing them a solid by handling half the transaction on my own. Literally all they had to do was put the food in a bag and hand it to me but they were ultimately unwilling to extend even the most basic level of customer service. If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars I would.

I don’t know if it’s just the night crew because I never have this kind of experience when I come in the day. We ordered and got to the window and we were told that our order was rang in wrong, nothing too big but we ordered 1 sprite and 1 sweet tea they said it was rang in as 2 sweet teas and they “ran out” of sweet tea and so we got our drinks replaced. I asked for no tomatoes on my burger and to add onion. I got the food and looked and my burger didn’t have any onions but had tomatoes. I went inside to get it fixed. Took 10 mins to get it redone and all they did was take off the tomato and added onions and the other 5 mins it sat in the window under the lamps. As I’m waiting the girls making the ice creams are putting the dipped ice cream cones in the bottoms of the freezer that’s in the lobby! This is horrible! How do y’all have a 99 score? Adding dipped ice cream cones to the bottom of a fridge that isn’t lined with anything and you can see all the melted ice cream and whatever else is on the bottom!

The staff was nice. The location is convenient as it’s right off Macon Road. I ordered me the 1/3 pound double Flamethrower burger w/ fries of course. It was perfect. I absolutely love spicy foods. If you don’t like spicy, don’t get this burger lol! It’s not overly spicy but it definitely has a delicious kick!
