Visited the drive thru on Saturday 02/07/26 around 1210pm. I ordered a med. Blizzard. When i got to the windows, the female employee open the drive thru window and had a white North Face hoodie on that was so dirty and nasty looking. It took me by surprise that management would let her serve customers food. It was so filthy looking and noticeably very dirty. I immediately looked at her hands and they were dirty as well. I almost drove off but her fingers never touch the rim of my Blizzard. Please have your employees look more presentable while serving food. The only good thing about my experience was that she had a great attitude and the Blizzard was delicious.

The cashier was too busy (and I’m not joking) flirting with another worker over their headsets to be able to take my order successful and multiple times asked me to repeat my very simple order.
The menu specifically stated that a basket drink could be subbed for a lemonade sparkler or cooler (Like… explicitly this was stated in the menu) but the manager came up to say that was not possible for some reason. Rather than argue, I asked the cashier to just change the order to be two baskets, with a lemonade cooler and sparkler on the side.
Miraculously, despite repeating myself like 5 times at this point, they still managed to get my order wrong, both on the receipt AND what I was given. In fact, the order I was given was neither what I asked for OR the incorrect order that they charged me for on the receipt. This location was almost laughably bad and I can’t believe I wasted money here.

Drove through the drive through around 10:15 (they close at 11) and no one was answering as we sat there about 5 minutes, pulled around and saw the workers standing in a circle laughing and talking. I left, not wanting to deal with there shitty attitudes. My shitty day turned into a shittier day. Next time just go to dunkin and get ice cream.

We went in through shells entrance. Foreign man standing in behind the counter. We was looking at what we was going to order. Meanwhile the man goes somewhere. Than all of a sudden lights go out. Wow I guess. The hours on line said they were open. The open sign was on aswell. Just plane rude.

So I normally never order food from a dairy queen because the food is never good. Normally just ice cream but this time I ordered a fish sandwich and a blizzard. The fish was fresh, crispy and fantastic. Thanks for a great quick bite while traveling.

ROTTEN MILK in ice cream machine. They didn’t have anything. I ordered 3 different items before they said they have the ingredients. The staff is super uneducated. I couldn’t understand what language they were speaking. Worst Dairy Queen I ever been to. & they ran out of long spoons and sized cups. Dirty tables, and trash everywhere on floor. Don’t go here no matter what DQ craving you have.
