Went here for a couple of medium blizzards. I pulled up to the drive thru and rolled down my window. The smell of someone smoking pot almost choked us. We went ahead with our order anyway. The drive thru attendant asked for the order. I told him what we wanted. He advised to pull to the window. He opened the window and just walked off…. flirting and playing with a female work associate. She eventually came to the window and told me the total. I paid just over $7. She eventually came back with A blizzard. I asked which one she handed me… she advised that there was only one on the order. I told her that we ordered two. She then snapped that the order only had ONE on it. $7 for ONE medium blizzard. I was not in an arguing mood…. so we drove off. They got me on this order, but never EVER again.

After stopping for gas, we needed to refuel ourselves. Luckily this Dairy Queen was a block away. We stopped for Blizzards and Shakes. Customer service was quick. It would have been quicker to use drive thru, but we wanted to sit and rest a minute. Typical food and pricing. I would highly recommend this location!

I didn’t order from here, but my oldest did. She ordered a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard with no pie chips add cheesecake bites. My daughter (18) said that the attendant at the drive-thru was very rude…like she didn’t want to be there, and that she found a questionable black something inside of her shake that looked like an insect after consuming about half of the blizzard. I would have a picture, but she immediately threw it out. That is nasty, and they have a DOH grade of 85 sitting on the wall. Why they are still open with that kind of DOH grade is beyond me.

Ordered a couple of Bacon Two Cheese Burgers in the drive thru. The burgers weren’t bad but they did forget the bacon on one of them. Little bit upsetting but not the end of the world by any means. The girl at the drive thru was all business over the speaker but quite kind at the window. I’d return if I was in the area but I’d check my order next time.

Stood in an empty line and not even the manager acknowledged us as he rang in an employee (who was not there before us) at the register i was standing in front of with a hi, how are you?, we will be right with you. Simple good customer service goes a long way. So 1 star and that’s because the bathroom was actually clean.

4:45 tried to order a chicken strip basket and the guy told me kitchen was closed. I could only get ice cream. The lid and napkins were messy. This used to be a great place what happened. Not only that the service always sucks. Never can see the manager.

Ordered a large cone….got a large cone with small cone ice cream. No gloves, lady is coughing into the air away from food but not covering her mouth, no gloves and is prepping other food. All I can say is the ice cream still taste nostalgic and they were nice.

Milk shakes were melted and hot whip cream looked like cottage cheese.$35.00 ice cream cake wasn’t even sealed and to add a letters really made them angry. No thanks ..kiss my foot or nothing. NEVER seen anything so rude. Was not rush hour 4 ppl inside and 5 vehicles in drive thru..Dawson rd. DQ is really given bad name to D Q..not to say you wait 5 to 10 mins before they even speak when they see you standing there.The 4 inside were already eating when we got there.
