I’ve never had a bad peanut buster parfait before until today. The hot fudge wasn’t hot. The peanuts tasted old, and they didn’t make it right. There are supposed to be 3 layers of fudge and peanuts. They did a skimpy layer at the bottom and a skimpy layer on top. No fudge in the middle. Not to mention, the staff were out of control. No one was in uniform, and 4 of the staff were outside making tiktok videos. The dining room was filthy. Worst DQ ever

The poor man at the counter was everywhere he was so confused ,the other 2 women wasn’t all together either,nobody was getting the orders right ,placing in store orders in drive thru space asking customer 3 times to make sure he hasn’t gotten his chocolate shake when clearly he had come back up to the counter to get his chocolate shake.I get being short staffed maybe but when your standing there giving your order ,to me it’s really rude for the order taker to just walk off and start helping someone else in the middle of order taking. Maybe they will get trained better.
