I went to this Dairy Queen tonight for a couple blizzards. Worse experience I’ve ever had. While ordering my ice cream in the drive- thru the employee (Allison) clearly had an attitude. When I arrived at the window after sitting in the drive thru for approximately 15 minutes I paid and received my blizzards. My blizzards clearly were made as I ordered it because when they were handed to me they were clearly melted. With my last blizzard the employee did the flip test. It literally poured out of the cup onto the concrete. The employee stated and I quote “ that didn’t happen” then proceeded to hang me the cup covered in melted ice cream. When I asked for a napkin the attitude came back. She handed me a napkin and slammed the shutter doors closed and walked away.

Went to the drive thru for an ice cream cone and got something else, tasted like whipped cream and I held on to it till I got to DQ in hinesville and it didn’t melt.

Worst DQ ever. Every single time we get food, it’s incorrect. My husband can’t have pickles or mustard and they put them on every single time, when he requests it to be plain or to avoid those items. Can never eat his burger.
And then they need their own delivery driver. They rely on DoorDash which always takes way longer than it should out here.

It’s always a pleasure to visit this restaurant! Staff are always very nice, it’s a positive atmosphere! You don’t have to wait for your food long at all, once you order they’re on it even if they’re real busy, they keep up with the demand! Great prices, love their chicken fingers basket & burgers n fries! I highly recommend

Don’t go there on a Sunday night around 730 or so. Had a long wait for 2 blizzards and they wasn’t even able to be flipped.
It was like they tried to cut the remainder of their ice cream for the night as they closed at 830.

Service is bad we went through the drive thru. My wife had to tell them how to make her blizzard. When she went back in because it wasn’t what she ordered, they were huddled up talking about her and what she ordered. She made it a point to let them know that it was her and she always orders the same blizzard.
