Went through the drive thru 2 days ago and they were out of vanilla ice cream, just chocolate. My husband didn’t want chocolate with his blizzard. They said about 10 minutes till it was ready. We left without getting anything.
Went through today by myself and ordered a kids chocolate cone…… no chocolate ice cream today! I left without getting anything.
Aren’t the employees trained to keep an eye on the level of the product in the machines.

I had ordered food online through the mobile app and it kept cancelling my order. I was charged twice, so I went inside and was told I would have to pay a 3rd time. The GM then informed me that I would be refunded within a few days or so. Just ridiculous.

Come on DQ do better.. I ordered the 6 piece tenders. And got 5 tiny and 1 micro tender… see photos. And my fries were mostly empty.. thisnis a 1 time off issue but shouldn’t happen..
However usually they are Always friendly, food is always cooked fresh and blizzards are always cold. Love to take the family here for a treat. The gravy with the tenders are great.

I went there to get an inexpensive blizzard but could not. The cheapest one I could get was around $7. The price of everything in the United States is double what it is everywhere else in the world. It is absolutely insane the food cost here, especially at fast food, restaurants and the food is so disgusting and bad for you

This was not a good dining experience. My wife and I went to this location drive thru and ordered two value meals. One flamethrower meal and one parmesan chicken strips sauced and tossed. They give us our drinks and tell us to move up and wait, cool.. short wait and they are handing us our bag in the window and drive home. As soon as we get home we realize there are no fries for the burger meal.. so we call them and go to pick it up. Melissa gave us back fries that were probably sitting there since the call and then just turned her back. We kind of expected more for our trouble, not just cold fries they should have gave us the first time. I just feel like that this kind of thing happens way too often and it is extremely inconvenient to the customer who wants to sit at home and eat their food with their family. Oh and on top of that the chicken may have been tossed but they didn’t use enough sauce to cover them. I don’t think I will be returning to this location.

I went during lunch time and expected a little delay. I did not expect to be told to pull up when I was getting their special and then wait while three of the cars that were behind me got their food and left while I’m still waiting. When they finally brought out my food I was about to get out and tell them to keep it. They brought my burger and fries which were mushy and I still had not gotten my drink and my Sundae which they had to turn around and go back in and get. The only satisfactory food was the Sundae. I will not return there.

Checked in for a mobile order. Girl at the counter never told anyone I was there. Tried to go through the drive through was told my order didn’t exist. Went back inside yet again. Finally got my order over 20 mins past when it was supposed to be ready. No sense of order or organization.

I just ordered three chicken salads with extra chicken. They gave me extra chicken but there was hardly no lettuce in the salad. The lettuce that was in it was wilted so badly, it felt like wet paper in my mouth. The manager was rude when I let her know my extra dressing was not in the bag, and when she brought it out to me, it still wasn’t what I’d paid for. I went in to get my extra dressing and she told me it was in my bag. When, in fact, it was not in my bag. She was also being snippy and rude with the employees. I was also frustrated because I was given my blizzard, then had to wait for food for 15 mins. My blizzard had started to melt. It was just a bad experience…& I’m still hungry.
