Horrible! Unless you like..Microwaves burgers, Cold then recooked oily fries and small portions.
1. Ordered food noticed it was very HOT not fresh just HOT.
2. Took a bite and everything was HOT, pickles, tomato, onions, Mayo, ketchup etc
3. Drive back to window and explain this is not right the cashier says we heat up the burger after we make them to melt the cheese. (Ummmm what!) This is a health hazard.
4. Cashier pauses I say can you make me a burger without microwaving the veggies.
5. Get new burger everything is cold, bread, veggies and meat definitely not cooked fresh
6. Fries COLD
7. I go back and ask for fries and they drop them in the grease acting as if they made a fresh batch.
Moral of the story if DQ on Washington rd cannot afford professional staff i.e Manager to ensure the issue is resolved and cooks who KNOW what they are doing and extremely pressed on food cost COOK THE FOOD CORRECTLY the 1st time. I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

This Dairy Queen location has been serving up soft-serve treats and savory, hot meals for as long as I can remember. You can hit up the drive thru or place an order inside and wait for your meal to be delivered to your table. The burgers are classic and the ice cream does not disappoint. My favorite is a hot fudge sundae; it’s hard to beat the combo of hot fudge and cold vanilla ice cream!

My hubby and I stopped in DQ on Washington Rd. by the round bank. The guy that helped us was Ollie (Sp?) he assisted me with our order. I requested a chocolate soft serve in a cup, he stated that they didn’t have chocolate soft serve, but suggested that he could mix some hot fudge in the vanilla if I would like to order that. Yes I said… Oh, it was yummy. I also have a friend who is in Hospice Care and I surprised him with some fries (which were freshly cooked they were hot, not something that had under a heat lamp) and hot fudge Sundae with extra hot fudge. Ollie was sympathetic about my friends situation. My friend wasn’t sure what sauce he would like with the fries, Ollie said no problem and provided me with one of each of the sauces. When I took my friend the goodies, he was thrilled to see the extra hot fudge on the Sundae and the array of sauce selection provided for his fries. So hats off to Ollie for helping me surprise my friend, along with the tasty treat for my taste buds. Ollie provided me with a very good substitute for the chocolate soft serve. ♡♡♡

It sure would be nice if this mint Oreo blizzard I ordered had any mint or Oreo below about halfway down. This is the worst one by far, but it happens basically every time I come here. I’ve even transitioned from ordering largest to mediums so that they make it further down… Apparently that doesn’t work either.

How does a national ice cream restaurant not have chocolate ice cream?? I will never visit this location again their employees are rude when you try to order restaurant because dumb me thought vanilla and chocolate were the 2 standard flavors you think they would sell. Apparently not.

Came here for a quick lunch. Left feeling indifferent. Overall experience was pretty standard with what you’re expect from fast food; nothing horrible but nothing above any basic expectations. It seemed like the crew was confused on what I ordered even moments after requesting the chicken fingers, as I was repeatedly asked if I got different ice cream. The meal itself was standard. The tenders were decent but the fries and the toast could’ve used a little more time getting crisped up. Definitely a better place for ice cream than it is for meals.

Sad experience. My husband and I visited this location to purchase two of the chip shakes and a chicken basket. The service was not so nice when we reached the window. The shakes didn’t even look close to what they do on the photos and we didn’t get a bag when the chicken was given to us.
When my husband turned to ask me if that was the complete order, I saw the cashier/ order giver (or whatever she was supposed to be) stand there with both of her hands open and arms out as if she was saying, “what now?” Of course I said something from the passenger’s seat, but by that time, he was asking for ranch, so she turned and walked away to get it. When she came back, no “thank you,” “have a nice night,” or even “goodbye,” so I said it for her.
I work in customer service too and educated enough to know to leave a sappy attitude at the door, especially when the individual you’re assisting hasn’t wronged you.
