I asked for a medium cheesecake blizzard with a lot of extra cheesecake loaded. What I got was a melted ice cream with seven little squares of cheesecake which really sucks because these are the highlight of my day I love them but nobody will ever put enough cheesecake in them for me! Better I’m not ask for extra but I expected that this dairy Queen in particular being that it’s on Lake Oconee maybe he’ll to a higher standard. Boy was I wrong and I know this because I drank the melted ice cream and then ate the seven little cubes at the bottom. Next time I will definitely ask if they turn mine upside down!!! Problem with the melted ice cream would at least be avoided

They always have good french fries we ordered a strawberry shake the guy confirmed it back to us twice and still gave us a chocolate milkshake…. we did the drive-thru so we didn’t know it till we were down the road.

My grandson & I had a lunch here last week. He had a burger with fries and I had a salad with chicken. The gentleman taking the order was nice and our food was ready very quickly.
I would rank the food quality and taste about 3-1/2 out of 5. It wasn’t bad, but not on the level of Chic-fil-a for a comparison. How can anyone go to a DQ and not get ice cream? It was a 5 out of 5.

Every-time I’m here, i’m always in and out of the drive through extremely quick, even during lunch rushes. They always accommodate to my order changes/substitutes and they always get everything right. The food is also always fresh and delicious! The best dairy queen i’ve ever been to!

Rudest staff that literally tells the customers no or that they are incorrect and up charges on everything. Not to mention not having stock of dipped cone flavors listed on the menu and also barely adding anything to the blizzards to where I should’ve just ordered plain vanilla ice cream. DQ seriously needs to audit here bc this is ruining the brand.

Wow, haven’t been to DQ in 15+ years! This was delicious, clean, efficient and all around an excellent experience ! We had a variety of foods and all were served hot ! Service here is exemplary. There was an exceptional young man wearing a 2020 shirt , assumed he is in high-school and graduating in 2020. He was very mature and efficient!

Paid for extra butterfinger for a medium blizzard and was beyond disappointed. Almost no topping added. Frustrated and disappointed I called to report my issue. Manager who eventually says he is the owner loses his composure over my complaint called me names and accused me of separating the topping from the blizzard.
Needless to say, should have read reviews and taken into consideration previous visits we have made in the past. Experience gets worse every time

We arrived to a very busy restaurant, but once inside the line moved quickly and the employees were extremely efficient. The man who took our order was patient, kind and helpful. Our burgers, fries and onion rings were all perfect. Our ice cream was also delicious. We will return soon!

I never leave reviews anywhere because I have worked in the fast food industry myself ,but when I came through the drive through to order for my coworkers there was a younger guy with glasses who was extremely rude over the speaker. He rushed us and had a nasty attitude and then when we pulled to the window he wasn’t there. We had ordered a chocolate milkshake and he said he didn’t get it, which may have been true we did have a big order. He got an attitude about us asking about the chocolate shake and we smiled trying to be nice he said “I don’t know what’s funny.”
