Prices have gone up considerably ! Plus they don’t offer the meal deals after 4pm. Apparently they also close at 9pm even though it stays 10pm on Google . They promptly told us to basically leave at 9pm that they were closing and didn’t know it said 10pm online.

I’m so disappointed after paying almost $40 for a birthday cake for my daughter they spelled her name wrong which os crazy considering the fact that the cashier kept commenting on how she loved the way my daughter’s name was spelled her name is londyn they spelled it lodyn on her cake I even spelled it out for the cashier very disappointed considering we didn’t even notice until we opened it up and went to sing happy birthday to her. Also when I went to pick up the cake they all just stood around like they didn’t know what I was talking about including what I considered the owner very disappointed won’t be back for nothing like that

Got a chocolate dip cone…..full of cracks in the chocolate dip melted everywhere. Ice cream just isn’t cold enough. Seems like every DQ that’s not American owned just has lower standards than the older American owned stores did have back in the day.

Did they change their recipe for their ice cream? The consistency is more like frozen cool whip. I just threw away a peanut buster parfait after eating two bites. It was disgusting, and usually that is my favorite treat from Dairy Queen.

Stopped by the Dairy Queen in Commerce hoping for a quick bite and a Blizzard, but left pretty disappointed. The service was incredibly slow, even though there weren’t many people inside. It took almost 20 minutes just to get a basic combo meal and ice cream.

The staff didn’t seem very friendly or motivated — no greeting, barely any communication, and it felt like they were annoyed just taking our order. The food was lukewarm, and the fries tasted like they’d been sitting out for a while. The Blizzard was okay, but definitely not mixed well.

The place itself could use some cleaning and better upkeep. Tables were sticky, floors needed a sweep, and the drink station was a mess. I’ve been to other DQ locations that were much better. This one needs some serious attention to customer service and cleanliness to be worth coming back.

Every time we come here we are greeted with smiling faces and friendly service! Everything we have ever ordered here tasted absolutely delicious, and the workers make sure you get what you pay for, and are never disappointed. We highly recommend coming here! DQ ROCKS!

I doubt that anyone expects gourmet food at Dairy Queen. Nonetheless, this was a great stop. The food was fresh and prepared well, and it was served quickly. Also, the restaurant was immaculate (even the bathrooms). But what made this a memorable stop was the attention that the manager gave to make sure each customer was taken care of.

They have fantastic breakfast biscuits. We go here all the time before work and grab biscuits for the guys. Whether I get 3 or 15 (all different kinds) they always come out great.

I had a great experience this morning that prompted me to want to leave a review. The girl at the drive-thru had such a great attitude. Service with a smile. Friendly. I should have asked her name. And the biscuits were good as usual.

I use to go every morning before work and get breakfast but I quit going because the food wasn’t good anymore. Well I waited a couple of months thought I would give them another try ordered a bacon biscuit both the biscuit and bacon was cold. I didn’t have time to take it back because I was at work and if you call they tell you to bring it back or nothing can be done. Also asked for a lightly butter biscuit the butter was all over the wrapper. Doesn’t people know the difference between lightly and extra butter.

This is by far the worst Dairy Queen to deal with. I would rather drive all the way down 441 to Banks Crossing where you aren’t monitored by the coupon police for having it on your phone instead of in person bc someone happened to be at your house that could send you a picture after leaving the dentist with your 12 yr old son! WTH AND ITS LIKE THIS EVERY TIME. Today was the last straw I will never spend money at this one again
