Y’all have a serious problem.
We LOVE this Dairy Queen. The food is yummy and the ice cream tastes yummy …when it’s actually frozen.
We have had MANY instances of the ice cream being “runny”. I’ve always attributed it to the bizarre fact that they give you the ice cream and you have to wait on your food.
This time, mine was made “fresh” because the girl accidentally dumped it on the ground handing it to my husband.
We love TWO minutes away, so it isn’t a long drive. Both of our blizzards were soup.
This is unacceptable… Especially since it’s an expensive treat!

Don’t eat whst they serve to little ones especially. Look at the pictures of what i found in my mouth while eating 1 of their burgers on 8-2-2025 approximately 5:08pm maybe some kind of sharp, possibly plastic, piece of part of a pull out drawer they store food in warmers. BEWARE. It cut my mouth open.
I love thier salads, this is about the only place left who makes a fresh salad to order. I have allergies to cheese and they will leave it off. Almost everywhere else says they are premade and can’t remove the cheese. Except when they mess up and leave the thing you are allergic to on the salad, despite the fact that you put it as an item to remove. And now they won’t answer the phone.
Cane back and ordered on the app. It said it would be ready by 9:06pm. I arrived at the driver thru and no one was inside or in the drive thru. I had to wait to tell them I had a mobile order. Then I waited 6 minutes at the window. They offered a free ice cream for the wait. (I can not- i am allergic) Said ot would be a few minutes. I counted 6 people in there on their phones. Only 2 were working. It took until 9:21 pm to get 2 hambergers and my 1 soda. The one who brought it apologized, but why are they paying these people? 3 people in line behind me waiting too.

Service was not friendly. Cashier was combative. My chicken strip basket did not come with toast and my packaging was sloppy due to the young man at the counter throwing my condiments packages inside my box as he was on the courts. Very unprofessional.

I’m very disappointed with the current value of Blizzards. Prices have gone up, yet the portion sizes have noticeably decreased. As a long-time customer, this feels like a clear decline in quality and value. It’s frustrating to pay more and get less. I hope Dairy Queen reconsiders this approach, because it’s making me think twice about returning.

I used to love coming here until they charged me and did not give me my food. I ordered via app, got confirmation on the app and an email, and was even charged on my credit card. I told them I’m here to pick up my mobile order and they said they didnt have anything for me. I showed them the confirmation and made sure I was the correct pickup location. Both were verified but they did not give me my food that I paid for. So you lost me as a customer.

We have been getting ice cream from this location pretty much every week each time we get four ice cream sometimes more. We have noticed the ice cream has become less than less. This time is ridiculously small. This is less than what I get from a soft serve ice cream cone and I ordered a large ridiculous. Told the lady who hand me my ice cream and she only added a little bit on top of one of my four ice creams. This will be the last time that we order anything from this location.

Always fresh! Always friendly! Consistency is key here! No matter What Day or time of day, it’s always good quality stuff! They always have enough staff, and they have fun and laugh while at work! Chargers at the table if your phone battery is low! The owner is usually there shoulder to shoulder with his team!! They do not disappoint! The blizzards are always outstanding too!

Surprisingly busy when we arrived, but the service was fast and our order was accurate.
Two different styles of cheeseburgers, as well as fries, onion rings, and cheese curds. Got a drink as well, but the “iced tea” is some mix from the back, the same as the soda and lemonade… next time it’ll be water for me.
Afterward, we got a turtle blizzard and a brownie sundae… the brownies were still a bit stiff for eating with ice cream and using a plastic spoon, but the blizzard was great.
Can definitely recommend coming to this location.
