Was there at approximately 2:15 on October 5. Ordered a brownie confection. Upon paying for my order at the drivethru I watched one worker not use gloves and place my item to be sent out. I then observed all three young adults (2 males and one female) proceed to disregard the order and get on their phones. Not one even looked up or gave an ounce of concern about the customer service. I honked twice after waiting exactly 5 minutes and finally was able to get the young lady’s attention. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one on shift. I then politely asked to speak to the three young people. The one who took my order and who was at the register was immediately defensive and told me “I did my job, that was on him”. I am asking that the manager (who was not available) train the younger staff a bit better regarding customer service and how to complete the transaction.

My first clue, it was lunch time and not one car in the drive-through, I ordered anyway. The burger was microwaved on hell it was so hot. The crazy part is they microwaved the burger after it was put together. The bun, meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, pickles, mustard and ketchup was wilted and inedible. I felt robbed without a gun, they took my money and I was still hungry. I wouldn’t go back to this place if they offered free meals, just terrible.

The food nice and hot and fresh considering its fast food. Service was friendly and fast even though the cashier didn’t look too welcoming. Dairy Queen has by far the best ice cream. The location is a little hard to get to unless you’re on the side road entrance opposite the hospital. but overall this place is really clean and friendly and you can really get good food here.

The customer service here is okay. The food is awful. I bought a 4 piece chicken strip combo for my son. My son said the chicken had a weird taste. I took a look at the chicken, and it was gray! They are serving old food. DO NOT buy from here!!

Love blizzards but everything has gone up since my last visit. Used the TMobile
helped a lot. Teenagers running the place is always a gamble but they were ok. The sitting area wasn’t the cleanest and there was no stocked items in the coolers. Tried the new cheesecake blizzard and it’s basically just added with the chocolate dip used for cones. Not for me but maybe for you.

We had double cheeseburgers with the cheese curds. They were all delicious. Plenty of marinara sauce for the curds. Reese’s pieces cookie dough blizzard that was awesome. We went inside and it was clean and we had time to wait on everything. It was a large order. I will definitely come again. The only reason I hesitated to give a five (even though I did) was because the parking lot has major potholes, which doesn’t have to do with the food, cleanliness, or service.

Nasty location, It’s nasty work when you make an ice cream and a person decides to change their mind about buying it. They will take that ice cream put it in the freezer and sell it the next day and tell you that it’s fresh. The health department needs to shut this location down. This is a nasty location.

Went through drive through. Had to repeat myself more than once ordering. Had to turn around and go back to get the slush drink. The blizzard was already melting on top. Ordered a hot dog with onion and mustard only. Got home and hot dog was slathered in chili. . My 80 yo mother has been sick. All she wanted was a slushy and hot dog the way she likes it. Complete incompetence
