Very clean location, have daily specials. Friendly, helpful, polite staff who isn’t afraid to help with suggestions.
It had been sometime since my last QD trip. Bri was so helpful and made some very good recommendations. When my order came, it was brought to the table, say table service, really? She said yes ma’am. Okay, didn’t except that! Nice touch QD, the drink station was clean and the atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. So inviting to stay awhile, if you had the time, too bad I had another appt.
Refreshing to be able to go in and have conversations with friends or family and not have to put up with employees yelling at each other while you are visiting. Thank you for not allowing that to happen.

To begin with, this review isn’t even worthy of one star but since I had no choice, one star it is. DO NOT recommend. Went to the drive through tonight (12/22/25 @ 7:45pm) and received the WORST service ever received at any Dairy Queen. Gave my order at the speaker, did not get a confirmation, only an “mmhmm” and “pull around”. Got to the window, was not acknowledged, a young man proceeded to stick his hand out of the window, never said a word, never said a total but I gave him my card. He handed me my blizzard, with no lid or napkins, and a spoon already stuck down into the ice cream. He never offered or asked if I needed a lid or napkins. He never said thank you, come again, nothing! And, on top of all this, his underwear was clearly visible and his pants were well below where any decent human being would wear them. I will NEVER darken this location’s doorstep again, and I will never recommend anyone go there.

Skipped the backed up drive through and went inside to order. Absolutely the filthiest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Entered filthy front doors and it went downhill from there. Inside floors walls and everything else looked like a 3rd world hovel. Won’t go back. May have to call the health Dept and urge them pay the DQ a visit.

Now I see that why they got a 3.6 it must be hard to find help because the African-American girl at the counter was very ignorant to me just for asking if they had any cake cakes one word answer, and a snarl is not how you do customer service. I would appreciate if the owner would reach out to me.

Family just had to have ice cream after catching Spider-Man at the local theatre. They close at 10 PM but that gave us enough time to get there and order our Blizzards. Always great! And the customer service was excellent. We will definitely return after a movie in the future. I would highly recommend this location!

The people that work here have poor attitudes. They made the blizzard the way they wanted too not the way I wanted it even after being told how I wanted it so I had he remake it. Well waste of $8 because the one they gave me was melted before it reached my hand. That explains why he never flipped it upside-down like they are supposed too he didn’t want to clean up the mess it would make. Took me forever to contact corporate and seems like they are going to do nothing. Sad because I love dairy queen but if this is the service in Georgia I don’t want to waste my hard earned money

We had a $2.00 off coupon for a chicken strip dinner. They said we had to buy 2 dinners for them to honor it. That was not what the coupon said. We had to pay almost $10.00 for it and it was just advertised on TV for 7.95. Don’t go and plan on using the coupons that came in the mail at this DQ.

Have been here several times. Food is good if you don’t mind waiting. Pulled up tonight to cars wrapped around the building and people lined up inside the lobby. Get some help in there!!
Update: came back again at 9 pm on a Sunday. Car line wrapped around the building. The food is great but it takes way too long to get it!!

Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience!
We went through the drive thru and placed an order for 3 blizzards and two drinks, the girl taking orders at the window responded to us “Will that be all or do you want another half of the menu?!” We will not be returning here. How incredibly unprofessional. I plan to reach out to the corporate office directly.
