This was my first time visiting inside this location. The costumer service was lacking. A woman brought food from the back and yelled it was for “Shanequa, or whatever he name is!” I was shocked at what was acceptable behavior from areas.

This place is DELICIOUS! The food is great, but just like any other fast food place, but the desserts?!? They are OUT OF THIS WORLD! (One blizzard they had was literally a space-themed blizzard!) I love the idea of “blizzard of the month”! All restaurants need to do that. And if you’re a little tired of ice cream, then try the fudged-stuffed cookie or the triple chocolate brownie! Or a BANANA SPLIT!!!
It is a tad bit expensive, but I believe it is still worth it!

Ordered a hot fudge sundae with chopped nuts and whipped cream in the drive thru. Got the order and hair was on the whipped cream. You could clearly see the hair. I didn’t even take the top off. I took it back in to get a refund. Never been back. That’s just nasty.

Got an ice cream craving and had to go to DQ! This location had it’s dining room closed and only the drive thru was open. Not sure if it was because it was later in the day (around 7 PM) or if it’s been closed due to Covid.
Either way, the line moved fast for the drive thru and we had our food under 10 minutes. We ordered a burger, fries, cheese curds, an Oreo blizzard, and a banana split. Everything was delicious!
