My husband and decided to stop at a Diary Queen for lunch. We haven’t eaten at a Diary Queen in a while so why not.

The order total was 26.40!! This was for regular size combos. I was in complete shock at the price, but was like whatever we are committed now. The assistant manager brought us our food didn’t say anything and slid it on the table and walked away. I was still a little unsure. Upon inspecting the food I realized there were 6 onion rings which were very petite then I realized I paid an extra 1.29 for onion rings. That was probably the deal breaker for me.

When you pay almost 27 dollars for a fast food place and you get a kids meal it is very upsetting and honestly offensive. For the average Joe to eat here at a 12 dollar an hour job you would have to work three hours just to eat lunch with a loved one. I am truly sad at this.
I bought the flame thrower burger it was good flavor wise but the burger was not even luke warm. I then looked at my husband’s fries and he received a Mc Donalds size small. It was supposed to be a medium. With the price gouges and the economy right now it will probably be a never ever visit for us.

Today I stopped by to order from Dairy Queen for the very first time in my life. While ordering through the drive-thru, I was laughed at over the intercom by staff because I didn’t know Dilly Bars came in a 6-pack, that they offered multiple flavors in them, or that hot fudge sundaes automatically come without nuts. I simply asked questions because I had never ordered there before… and instead of helping, they made fun of me.

It didn’t stop there. After leaving, I realized my card had been charged TWICE for the same order. When I called about an hour later to get it fixed, they asked what my order was. I told them, “Y’all should remember since y’all laughed and made fun of me for not knowing the menu.” The manager on shift then immediately repeated my exact order back to me, clearly remembering the situation — yet I still never received an apology.

SERVICE WAS RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE!

The best Dairy Queen I’ve been too. It seems quite new and it is very modern and clean. The server was super helpful and the food was fresh and delicious. Four stars as I find it a little over priced compared to similar places.

Literally the best Dairy Queen I’ve had! Their food is always fresh and on point, it’s super clean inside and out & the Blizzards are always made to perfection with plenty of toppings. The staff is super friendly & willing to serve you.

Ordered a kid’s hamburger and onion rings for a total of $8.75. Questioned the cost of the kid’s burger, which was $4.19 plus tax. Told it was their lowest cost hamburger. It was pricy for what I got — mustard, ketchup, and pickle. Won’t go back at that price.

No slaw. Had to pull up and wait for one hotdog combo after already waiting. $9.02. $1.29 for subbing onion rings for fries. No slaw.

This is the best one I’ve been to. It is so clean. Plenty of space. What I love the most is you have people to talk to. I’m visually handicapped and can’t handle those machines which you can’t talk to. I feel like that’s discrimination against blind people.

I usually not go into those places. People tell me when I get in that you need to use the machine. When I find out, I walk out. It shouldn’t be like this. Keep up the great work.
