We hadn’t visited a DQ in years, but thought we’d try this new location for an afternoon dessert. We ordered a small blizzard, small strawberry sundae, and a milkshake for $16.81. I don’t know, but I felt like that was pretty pricey. Won’t complain too much, though, because our desserts were good.

It’s been 3 separate times I’ve came here and everyone was just sitting on their phones … last time i came one of the Indians girls made my food with no gloves on and it had to remade … this time i just came for ice cream with my nieces and nobody greeted us at all and acted like we interrupted them just sitting on their phones not doing anything . I will make that drive to the acworth location going forward .

The ice cream was good…food…not so much. Old grease. Also…place was dirty. And a worker was walking around on his cell phone, cussing about his car being repaired. Not cool when I brought my 3 year old and 6 year old in.

They are nice but I wouldn’t consider this a clean location . I went in to pick up a cake and while I was waiting for them to write on it I witnessed one staff member whipping her hands in the back of her pants , touching the cash register and then went to prepare food . Before even washing her hands or putting gloves on she stuck her hand in the shredded cheese and sprinkled it on top of a chili cheese dog . I imagine that they don’t often stop wash their hands and that alone is a reason enough for me to not go back . Gross.

It was an ‘ok’ experience. Food was hot, but I wouldnt be surprised if they cut their chicken strips in half to get more profit. Because they were small. Gave three stars because it was difficult to understand what the employees were saying and they got rude with me when I kept saying, I dont understand.
