I honestly cannot believe the experience my family and I had here. We were visiting from out of town and decided to try something new instead of our usual spots, so we chose Dairy Queen. Big mistake.

First of all, we waited 34 minutes for ice cream. Ice cream. The entire time, the staff was laughing, talking, and clearly goofing off instead of actually doing their jobs. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Meanwhile, customers were just standing around wondering what was going on.

When we finally got our order, the ice cream looked NOTHING like the pictures advertised. It was sloppy, half-melted, and thrown together like no one cared. Presentation matters, especially when you’re charging premium prices.

The place was unorganized and messy, garbage was all over the floor and on tables. It seemed like nobody cared in the SLIGHTEST, about the presentation or the sense of urgency.

And to top it all off, there was a HAIR in my ice cream. Absolutely unacceptable. That is beyond unsanitary and completely ruined the experience for my family.

If this is the standard of service here, I genuinely don’t understand how this location is still operating. We came in excited to try something new and left frustrated, disappointed, and frankly grossed out.

Waited 10 min to order at the counter. I understand it was a little busy but the seem to be alot of employees. There are other customers other then the drive thru. Also the under the table was filthy and a cigarette butt on the floor.

We regularly get ice cream here (Blizzards) & love it. Clean and convenient with indoor and outdoor patio seating. Get the DQ app and mobile order ahead and it’ll only be a short wait when you get here…plus you earn points for free items! So nice to have a nice, well-lit, and friendly DQ nearby.

Wow, just wow. This place might be the most disturbing establishment of the dairy queen brand i have ever seen.

Where do i even start?

i have been here a couple of times and hoping each time gets better but im always let down.

The food is always poorly done and looks like it should be served in a prison system not to active customers. The blizzards are somehow always melted and have random chunks of other types of blizzard in them.

Every time i brought this to the manager he is so rude and condescending that his employees even apologise on his behalf.

I hope the georgia health department looks into this so called “establishment” and dairy queen looks into this manager and how he is running is operation. I can’t belive this place is still in business.

I ordered A Reesie’s cup blizzard and it took me almost 40 minutes to get my blizzard. The customer service was very poor and With chicken tenders were awful

Always greeting with smiles, kind service, super clean place, food tastes fresh, and delicious, you can tell they care when they cook the food, hamburger’s ingredients are neatly staked not thrown in the box like other places, heck even the chicken strips are all aligned. Keep it up. Thank you!!!

Every time we go to this Dairy Queen in Dallas we have issues. I’m so fed up with places trying to close before their posted close time. Their posted close time is 10:00pm. We placed our order at 8:58pm and hung out with friends in the dinning area until we were approached by an employee at 9:43 (nicely) letting us know that they like to close 10 minutes early so they can clean and they are “not trying to rush us” BUT they need to kick out paying customers so they can get to there closing duties. That is RUDE! I can understand if you’d like to come by at 10:00 and say we are closed now, please leave! They need to post that they close at 9:45 so everyone knows and they can start cleaning. That wasn’t the only issue (par for the course), they forgot about bringing out our fries. My husband approached the counter and was ignored for a period of time. Finally, he was able to let the cashier know about the missing fries and the cashier proceeded to do 3 other things before she let the kitchen know. He stood there waiting for a while and had to ask again because they had been sitting under the warmer for a while without the cashier noticing. My husband reminded the cashier and she had totally forgotten (as if he hadn’t been standing there) and then handed the cold fries to him. The customer service there is ridiculous! For better customer service go to the Hiram Dairy Queen as they provide a better experience!

The manager is very rude and tries to rush you. I paid a dollar for one topping (nuts) and had next to none of it in my blizzard. I brought it to his attention and he personally made me a new one with even less of the topping (in the picture) which I feel was deliberately done.
Dairy Queen should really find someone else to run this place.
