I stopped by on Valentine’s Day to try the viral cupcake deal (2 for $6), and I have to say it was surprisingly delicious. It was a fun little treat and definitely hit the spot for the holiday.
Unfortunately, we do have family members who are lactose intolerant and weren’t able to enjoy much from the menu. The only option available was the non-dairy Dilly Bar, so it would be really nice to see more non-dairy or lactose-free ice cream options in the future so everyone can enjoy a sweet treat together.
Overall, we enjoyed the visit and appreciate the seasonal specials — just hoping for a bit more inclusivity with menu options next time!

We stopped by this spot on our way back to Cobb for some ice cream and It was clean, spacious and the cashier were super patient with my daughter ordering. My daughter has never tried a blizzard due to her being lactose but this time we made an exception since we had Lacataid pills to help.

I came to enjoy a blizzard Cookie’s and cream with the little one and ended up buying a 2 mix and match for $6 I bought two orders pretty good plenty of space inside and seating areas. Plenty of food choices, restroom and outdoor seating.

These jokers decided to do drive-through only on a Saturday night at 9:30. Long line formed because everyone was in the mood for DQ. Waited almost 30min to finally get to the ordering booth only to be told “DoorDash or Ubereats orders only”. Couldn’t even get ice cream dessert.

I ordered in a DQ app and the order didn’t hit the store until 20 minutes later and eventually I waited for 30 minutes for my food to arrive. The beef patties for my double cheeseburger were seem to be heated with microwave instead of in the grill, despite what the employee told me they were not. Water fountain was broken, 3 items were missing with my order, I got a cheeseburger, 1 patty, instead of a double cheeseburger, 2 patties, missing water bottle, missing kid cone, our dine-in table was smelly and dirty. They need to retrain their employees and stop cutting corners, and I only hope they improve their operational performance and they truly believe their customers, especially 1st time customers, do they care if these customers return? Don’t these customers have an impact their bottom lines ?

The customer service is absolutely poor! I see why the lot is always empty. My burger and wrapper had more grease on it than the grill itself. Returned for a refund.

Service was extremely slow! I usually understand when service lacks if they’re a lot of customers that need to be attended, but in this case there was literally one other person besides me and really no one in the drive thru and it seemed like the workers tried to avoid serving us.

I don’t particularly like to fault fast food restaurants but this specific DQ agitates me with its proportion sizes now. I’ve never gotten such a skimpy looking medium sized cone like this. And they never ask if you want a receipt either. I also ordered a blizzard with a fudge topping addition and they were confused and ignored my request and said they don’t do that here.
