Bought an Ice cream cake for a Birthday party it was $37,99 plus tax. I couldn’t belive this was so bad the vanilla ice cream tasted like ice milk. The rest wasn’t much better our family and friends took a couple of bites and threw it away…It was nothing like what I have bought for years of purchasing cakes from Dairy Queen.I won’t be purchasing again!! Beware!!!

All of the burgers are 2 or 3 patties with bacon! They don’t have a single patty burger with mayo, lettuce & tomato. All you get is ketchup, mustard and pickles.

I EXPERIENCED DISCRIMINATION FROM THE LADY AT THE DAIRY QUEEN IN LOGANVILLE SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME! I WILL CALL THE ICE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND OSHA ALL THE TEAM MEMBERS WERE NOT WASHING THERE HANDS GOING TO THE RESTROOM WITHOUT WASHING THERE HANDS! She was very racist, and so rude laughing and screaming after messing up my order she remade after there error she made it and took it back and started laughing! The health department will be called tomorrow and Osha on this establishment she thought it was so funny to treat a regular customer that she lost this way she said her name is R! I’m going to social media Dairy Queen and Fox 5 news so this staff can be exposed on the unfair treatment to certain customers

Got a large blizzard. Got halfway through it and noticed no snicker pieces. The blizzards are expensive enough already, but to have them short change you, on the toppings, is just absolutely disgusting. We all are struggling already, and to get a treat is rare, then, they give you half of the toppings, which is just adding insult to injury. Will not be going back.

Never had an issue here. I came to review to let y’all know that whoever was making drive thru blizzards Friday June 10 at 4:45 PM is amazing. I fell in love with the Drumstick Blizzard last summer. I have had like 3 at this location so far this summer and they haven’t been the same….but who ever made it for me today was on point! So thank you to whoever you are for finally satisfying my year long craving! (I guess it could have been a supply ingredients issue/error prior to today, but either way, today’s was made perfectly, finally!)

Took my kids here tonight to get ice cream. First thing we did was go to the bathroom to wash our hands. I saw 3 live and one dead cockroach in there. When we came out, we saw like nine more roaches on the walls of the entryway to the restaurant. I said something to who I think was the owner, and he just said “OK. OK.” This place is infested and they definitely know about it. We left immediately without getting ice cream. Who knows how many roaches are in there, crawling all over the food. Nasty.
