You may be thinking that Dairy Queen is old school and maybe even out of fashion. Not this location! The food is fresh and hot and served with excellent customer service. It might be the best fast food hamburger you can buy. And don’t forget the yummy extras like ice cream cakes and chocolate blizzards! This location deserves to succeed because it does it right.

The employees at this location definitely have a listening problem. We ordered 2 blizzards, light on the add-in flavors. Of course, they do the complete opposite. There was so much add ins there was hardly any ice cream. I’ll definitely stick to my usual location.

I brought 3 coupons to use before they expired. 1 for a mini blizzard, 1 for 5.99 4 pc tenders basket, and the last was a 1.99 any size blizzard. The coupon for the mini blizzard didn’t work so it’s ok it things happen. I hear the guy scan the other 2, I pay and as I’m leaving I’m looking at my receipt and he charged me fully for the the the blizzard I got. The is not the first time they did this and I wasnt about to go back just wait 10 business days for the money to go back in my acct.

Went here tonight and ordered 2 chicken strip baskets one 4 count and the other a 6 count. Apparently, whole placing my order i was taking too long to where he interrupted almost every word. Just for me to get home and not even have the order i placed. Instead i have what looks like maybe a handful of popcorn shrimp with a box of fries and a chicken strip basket with fries and onion rings…. Never said anything about onion rings. And when i called because they would be closes by the time i returned no one answered the just continued to ring. I won’t bother to eat here again. Such a disappointment

Made Online order around 6:30pm. Small fries and queso dip, medium peanut butter shake and small turtle pecan blizzard treat. Got to location and pulled around to drive through got food. Got home my fries were soggy, my blizzard treat was melted and if I would’ve turned the cup upside down, my ice cream would spilled from cup. And what really made wanted to drive back up there is when I found a straight black hair in my ICE CREAM. I tried calling this location multiple to speak with management and something is wrong with the phones. I LIKED THIS LOCATION UNTIL THIS EXPERIENCE. I will never go to this location again.. selling hair instead of ICECREAM.

This location is definitely not consistent. This is the second time I’ve come and the gravy has been off. And that’s the whole reason I get DQ. The last time it tasted spoilt and it made me sick and this time it doesn’t even look or taste like their gravy. It’s overly seasoned too. So I’m not gonna risk it again. Which sucks because I pay extra to get extra gravy because I dip everything in it (fries & chicken with bread) so not only did I waste $1 on the gravy but $10 on the whole meal because I can’t eat it the way I intend to and for the whole reason I chose to get DQ. It’s a different meal without the gravy and having to dip it in ketchup at home. I’d rather have gotten something else then. Very disappointed. They also put like no toppings in the blizzard even though I also pay extra for extra toppings. It’s a rip off. Sad I went today and wasted my money and meal there.

They don’t even know the meaning of drive thru. Waited 5 min on the mic to place an order, Then 3 cars ahead of me didn’t even move an inch for 10 min, yet everyone behind me started leaving. Then i decided to give up too. While passing by, i saw people waiting while the worker was in there working. Not blaming the worker as he was doing his job, might be a clear case of downsizing here too.

Me and my daughter love this specific location, the gentleman is always so nice and he remembers us like we are part of the family. The food is always fresh and properly prepared. Good service and positive energy is hard to find, we love that it is starting to warm up so we can start coming by more often again.
