Everyone who works here is miserable and off putting. We get to the window only to have our change pretty much thrown out the window at us with no receipt, and not to mention our blizzards melted. The kids working in here need to learn a little customer service. Dairy Queen in general is going downhill fast.

Recently went there for a replacement milkshake and was completely blown off by an incompetent manager or claimed to be one. Last night me and my family’s went there and ordered 30 dollars worth of ice cream and had hair in one of the milkshakes, was told to come back today and apparently I wasn’t the right skin tone so I had to end up buying another which I didn’t mind, don’t go there, night time service with kids working is horrible.

They are supposed to open at 10:30am didn’t open till 11am! Ordered an ice cream cake for a 3 year old party and told them exactly how I wanted it! Cake wasn’t ready and I got stuck with a cake that looks like a granny’s cake! For 47 dollars you think you could get what you ordered! I have to suck this one up but I want be ordering anything from this establishment ever again
