For some reason they would not honor a coupon because of a slight tear. Instead of just honoring the price they said they could not do it because it would not scan. I’m sure technology is advanced enough at this point that they could take the coupon edit the price and still honor it.

I have been a dairy queen fan my enjoy life! Stopped by because I was hungry for a banana split and was very please that it tastes just like it always has in my memory. Used the drive thru and was greeted with smiles and courtesy.

In disgust with this place. I LOVE the soft pretzels and cheese curds from here. Well last night I decided to stop and get myself some pretzels and my son some French fries and my boyfriend some onion rings. I myself ate the cheese with the pretzels, neither of them did (thank god) these ignorant people poisoned me. I’m not sure if it was food poisoning or if they put something in the cheese but I was immediately queasy after eating it, and was up all night throwing up. Still not feeling hot but yeah highly DO NOT suggest.

I scanned website for a Reeses cake. Which looked great, got to the store to get it and the cake I was given was not what is pictured online. Online was covered with frosting and pb cups. I received a plain ice cream cake with about a handful of crumbles around the outside ring of the cake. Very disappointed for the price charged. What I believe I received was a 15$ basic cake with 2$ worth of Reeses crumbles. As I only picked up the cake for a friend that had paid..30$.

This was a great experience, there was loud traffic, that musky odor, and cow patties lying around tar floor! i love how this restaurant truly enraptures the nature of my home country, Pakistan, props to the chef, made my banana split just how its meant to be made, i liked it when the chef split my banana with his toenail, the “armpit” sauce was impeccable! DO NOT REDEEM IT SAAR

I placed a mobile order through the Dairy Queen app, for pickup through the drive thru. The app said my order was ready. When I got there, the lady at the speaker rudely told me it wasn’t ready, then a man came on the speaker and started yelling at me, saying the same thing. They were saying I had to walk in and get it if I wanted it. Even though I placed it on the app and selected the DRIVE THRU OPTION. If the app says it’s ready, it should be ready—simple as that. Instead, I got attitude and yelling. Very unprofessional and completely unacceptable. These people clearly don’t know how to run a FAST food restaurant. I won’t be coming back

You know I did fast food when I was in high school not really hard to push some buttons read a screen put the food together wrap it up put it in a bag and serve it not hard not hard at all. That’s why it doesn’t require a high school diploma. I ordered 4 different meals. And all of them wrong. Receipt is correct all the food wrong. And you call that toast.

I came in with a friend who has dementia, and the woman taking orders was outright nasty. She had an attitude from the start, rolled her eyes at him repeatedly while he struggled, and showed zero patience or basic human decency. Her behavior was disgusting, cruel, and completely unprofessional. If this is how your staff treats people with disabilities, it’s beyond shameful.

New owners, fantastic service. Fresh food prepared quickly! Who can argue with cherry dilly bars? Very quick to inquire about services provided and made any issue right if there was an actual issue. Very kind and family friendly atmosphere. If you happen to be in the area, stop and support the local business owner and get a wonderful ice cream. This has become our favorite place to stop when in the area!
