Employee wouldn’t make me an oreo brownie cupfection for no reason. In the drive thru I clearly asked for it and she told me they could only make the heath brownie cupfection but then she said she could add oreos? Which really confused me because if they had oreos they could’ve just made the oreo cupfection. Whatever. I could also barely hear what she was saying so I was very confused. But when I got my dessert it was just an oreo brownie cupfecrion with a bunch of heath bars and caramel that were unnecessary added. Clearly these employees don’t listen and don’t want to make certain desserts even though they have the ingredients. Will not be back.

The food was good as usual, but the tattooed lady that was taking orders/window could not have been more unpleasant. She seemed annoyed at everything I said and didn’t believe me when I said that I had ordered something i didn’t receive until I had to give her my receipt to prove it. Other than her, I usually have no complaints here. Hoping this was a one off experience.

DQ burgers are very good, let’s just say everything there is good. Had quick service at the drive thru, very friendly workers. Spent $12 for 2 people not a bad deal.

Becareful this location steals from their customers! I was charged $0.79 to add peanut butter sauce to my blizzard. I ordered 2 of them. I noticed driving home to my kids that one had the topping added and one did not. I called the restaurant and explained the situation. He said I could drive back there, bring the blizzard inside, and he would add the topping to it. I asked if I did that if they would refund the blizzard as I’m already driving home to my kids, and my food would get cold. He said no, they are willing to only give me the topping that was missing. So I’m out time, gas, and my families food getting cold to go back and fix their mistake. I asked if they could just refund me the $0.79 for what was missing on my card that was used, and he said no again. So now the restaurant has stolen from me. I mean just offer me a free blizzard thr next time I’m in so I don’t have to drive all the way back there. I have never been treated like that, and they expect me to suffer for their mistake. Corporate and the franchise owner have both been contacted

My group of 20 showed up right at opening time and ordered a lot of ice cream and drinks…the staff was friendly and quick. We really appreciated the efforts and hard work. Well done.

unprofessional and unsanitary!!! To-go orders are supposed to be placed in boxes not baskets, they also covered the baskets with tissues so we wouldn’t see and no telling if they had on gloves when they were putting the tissues in. I’m completely disgusted at how rude and unsanitary this place is. PENDLETON DO BETTER!!!!

Good ice cream and burgers are ok too. Service was ok seemed bit disorganized and burgers took awhile but we’re tasty fries were so so yummy. Bluzzards are their best item for sure.

Fantastic! We had the chicken tender basket with gravy… Gravy tasted homemade, chicken was juicy and crunchy, toast was perfect! Definitely will be going back!

Stopped by the Dairy Queen in Pendleton, SC, and honestly wish I hadn’t. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a smell that can only be described as farts and fryer grease — not exactly appetizing. I figured maybe it was a one-time thing, but nope, the whole place reeked the entire time I was there.
The staff seemed annoyed just to be working, and after placing a simple order, I waited almost 25 minutes for food that came out cold and soggy. My burger looked like it had been stepped on, and the fries were limp and flavorless. As for my Blizzard? Barely mixed — just a cup of vanilla ice cream with toppings floating on top.
Tables were dirty, no napkins stocked, and the whole atmosphere felt neglected. Between the smell, the service, and the food, this was a total fail. I won’t be back.

I placed an order on the DQ mobile app at 7:12pm on July 27th, 2025. I went into the restaurant around 7:25pm to pick up my food. When I went in, a service worker asked me what I was there for, I told her I had an online order and was picking up another one for my nana as well. She said she didn’t see an order for ”my name” but she assured me it was being made and/or already done. Another 10 minutes pass and a man came up to me to ask what I ordered. I told him I had an online order and proceeded to tell him what I had. This proceeded to happen 3-4 times within the next 40 minutes. This man asked me multiple times what I ordered and everytime I told him he didn’t seem to fully acknowledge it. At about 8:05 pm I was finally handed my order. It was made known to me that my order had been sitting on an unheated counter top since I had arrived and no one knew it was for me or bothered to check. I waited nearly an hour for my food. I finally got my food and went back out to the car. When I went through the bags I noticed the fries were extremely cold and when I tried them they were even colder! Literally my whole first order was cold and that’s because it was left out for at least 30 minutes… I’m not one to complain especially since I work in the fast food industry myself but after waiting that long, paying that much, and receiving cold food I WAS NOT HAPPY!!! Due to this, I called the restaurant, apologized and asked if I could get my fries replaced, the guy who answered proceeded to say “one second” and started talking to another female worker about how i just “wanted free food” they were clearly upset which I think is ridiculous but nonetheless I went back thru the drive thru. After the long line came to an end, I made it to the window and explained to the worker on drive thru the situation. He proceeded to SHUT THE WINDOW IN MY FACE, and then started talking about me with 3 workers while making crazy faces and running around like their lives were over… it was honestly embarrassing. Eventually he came back to the window and asked me to give him the fries I got in the first place. I thought that was weird but I kinda ignored it. After this, he threw the fries he took from me into the fryer and then handed them back to me!?!!! It was honestly insane and he immediately shut the window after handing me the grease filled bag. I’m disgusted that I even had to experience this sort of situation, the service here is awful and so is the food. I wish I could just get a refund!
