It was incredible. I got such a great deal for seven dollars. I got three chicken tenders fries, and a sundae and a medium drink in this economy. It doesn’t get any better than this. Also, I did pay extra for the ranch which is totally OK because I had gotten one dipping sauce for free, but the ranch was totally worth the extra because it was homemade best ranch I’ve had.

I ordered online, and when I arrived, my order was ready to go without any waiting—super convenient. The Blizzards I got were packed with plenty of mix-ins, which was a pleasant surprise since some places can be a bit stingy with those. It’s clear they take pride in making sure each one is well-prepared. The overall cleanliness of the place stood out to me too; everything was spotless, from the floors to the counters. They also had all the utensils you could possibly need, making it easy to enjoy your treat on the spot. If you’re in the mood for a satisfying ice cream cone or a perfectly made Blizzard, this spot is definitely worth a visit. You won’t be disappointed!

Very inconsiderate staff. I witnessed THEM make a mistake and then BLAME another customer. She was charged for something that she didn’t order, the food was burnt, and had unknown brown, slimey objects in it (that was customer’s complaint). The staff was very rude and was trying to rush the interaction along so they could do something else. I feel very uncomfortable with the entire situation. Very unsatisfied with my visit.

I stopped by this Dairy Queen around 9:50pm on a Sunday night to grab a Blizzard for my pregnant wife. We love DQ and have always been fans, so I wasn’t expecting anything out of the ordinary. Unfortunately, the experience here was pretty disappointing.
The person at the register wasn’t in any type of uniform—just an all-black sweatshirt and jeans with holes in them—and the overall vibe felt very unwelcoming. I greeted him and asked how he was doing. He looked right at me but didn’t respond. I tried again, thinking maybe he hadn’t heard me, but got the same silence. It wasn’t outright rude, but it felt oddly hostile and uncomfortable.
The product itself was fine, but the service really missed the mark. Late night or not, basic courtesy goes a long way. I even asked for the general manager’s contact info to share the feedback directly, but I was told there was no number or email I could reach them at, which didn’t seem right.
I’m hoping this was just a one-off situation, because I’ve always enjoyed Dairy Queen. But based on this visit, I’d be cautious about stopping by this location at night.

Claudia and James need a better attitude. They mess up orders and blame it on the customers. To say unprofessional is an understatement. A deep clean would be nice but the least they could do is mop once in a while.

Just went not too long ago today. Food was hot and great! Blizzard had the perfect amount of toppings and was blended well, service was amazing! Cashier was an older gentleman, with a long beard and glasses. He was super friendly and had great hospitality! Really made my day!

Well taken care of and very friendly staff!! I wish I grabbed the name of our cashier, but she was so nice and treated us amazing! Will definitely be back. One of the best DQs in the upstate hands-down! Also, the S’mores and Superman blizzards are amazing!

Staff forgot to give another customer his full order before he left. They were bickering and not paying attention to anything. Store was dirty. Felt like the employees were struggling just to be competent.

Staff gets in zero urgency doesn’t matter if you are only person in line. Very slow. They don’t speak. The kitchen staff is chewing eating food every time they walk by window. Long hair doesn’t have in a hat or hairnet. Very slow unpleasant staff
