Staff were nice. Food was pretty good. HOWEVER, the place was disgusting. Particularly the booths. See pics. Mold spores float in the air. That will make people sick! And it takes a while for that to grow. Clearly it has not been cleaned in a long time. There were also spills and smudges all over the entire inside. I would have left if we had not already ordered our food. Will not be returning.

I had no issues. The Indian man was very polite to me. It seemed like he was the only employee so it did take a while for the food to be cooked, but I did not mind the wait. My sweet chili chicken strips, French fries, toast, and extra ranch tasted good to me. I have no problems returning again!

The food was really good! There was plenty of comfortable seating. I had lunch alone, but decided to get a Reeses Blizzard on my way out. Great service!

I spent my childhood going to Dairy Queen for Oreo blizzards every summer all summer, especially since I lived across the street from the one DQ in our little town. We played at the park, practice softball in the field next to it and even got free DQ coupons as rewards in our towns Sports/ dept (softball, school etc)… so needless to say it’s always been my go to for ice cream! I’m not sure when things started changing but it is simply just NOT the same experience I remember.
Knowing this over the years, I still (against my good judgment) go when I get a craving and hope for the best… each time has been a let down.
It’s just hard when you know what you should be getting, yet over the years the service, presentation, quality and value have gone downhill… all while prices have skyrocketed.
I constantly feel like I am being overly picky just trying to ensure ahead of time that they make my overly priced treat the way it’s supposed to be, let alone like advertised. I guess it’s my fault for hoping for something that will never be.
Why are we ‘Karen’s’ if we pay for something shown on a screen and then complain when it isn’t matching what was promised in exchange for our money?
I’ve resorted to trying different items to get a better outcome but tonight was the last straw.
I know all places took a hit after Covid and lost real workers and it’s hard to find good workers anymore… but if you buy into a franchise in hopes of making a profit, why can’t you at least make sure your stores are performing adequately for us… the ones down here, whose wallets contribute to your profit? If there were more than one DQ in my area, I’d go but this is what we have. And I just want them to be like they used to be. I rarely get to treat myself to this stuff, due to health reasons… so when I do, I expect it to match what I’m paying these days. Blizzards have increased in prices but every time I beg them to blend it extra well like they used to, it’s like I’m asking for an absurd favor… or when I ask for the peanut buster parfait to actual have the appropriate amount of layers of hot fudge and look like what’s shown on the menu, I’m asking for way too much… despite the fact that we’re paying as much as you would sitting in a restaurant, ordering one of their desserts.
Tonight I tried the banana split for the 1st time. I just asked for peanuts to be added. When I was handed the plastic container, that looked like soup, and WAS MISSING BANANAS… I already knew. As I handed it back to the girl at the window while pointing out this isn’t what is pictured on their menu, especially the missing bananas part… the worker back behind her exclaimed
“I forgot the bananas!” I agreed and said “I’m gonna let y’all make this right lol…”
Instead of tossing the soup, he just added a banana to it and drizzled a lil strawberry water on it again. He also let me know that they were originally out of whip cream when I asked to make sure that was added, which would’ve been helpful to know to begin with BEFORE I made that choice. The girl did apologize and was polite. There was a manager or owner standing a little further back who could notice what was goin on, but didn’t even question why a whole banana split was being brought back through the window! This is how I’m certain that it’s not us complaining too much… he acted as if this is a common occurrence. Which it is.
So, once again, I’m leaving DQ defeated… really wishing I’d turn around and get my money back. I did not get what’s depicted on the menu, but I don’t want to feel judged for being a ‘Karen’. I’m sad because I’ve waisted my rare opportunity for an ice cream, and mad that they couldn’t just put a lil more effort into making it.

Only 2 people on staff helping a decent line today. Beware there will be a wait. Bathrooms aren’t clean. Store is kept up. Food is over fried and refried if out too long. Make sure you order something that can be cooked to order. Staff was friendly, just overwhelmed.

This hotdog was inedible. It was so hard I couldn’t even bite thru it. It is basically jerky at this point. What I paid for this was just stupid for what I got.

How could you be upset with dairy Queen ❤️ the only suggestion I’d make for this location is a better location area like off of cedar lane instead. Where they are visible. Otherwise they’ve always been good here. The little sweet girl in the drive-thru gave me a puppy cup and I had no idea they gave dogs puppy cups ice cream and that was sweet! I got the classic strawberry sundae. It was good as always & yes I’ll come back here. Thanks.

Who opens a store at 11 and isn’t ready to serve food when they open. They said it would take 20 to 30 minutes to warm up the grill and they opened at 11.
