We come to this Dairy Queen quite often and constantly get the wrong order when going through drivethru – today we went through & ordered a frosted sugar cookie blizzard w/ chocolate ice cream and add cookie dough & a strawberry cheesecake blizzard w/ chocolate ice cream, no strawberry’s & extra cheesecake (both mediums) … we received two SMALL completely different blizzards. One was vanilla ice cream w/ cookie dough (maybe a drizzle of chocolate syrup) and another vanilla ice cream with Reese’s … this is extremely frustrating esp after paying so much for two blizzards just to get the totally wrong ones. as we pulled away we noticed neither were with chocolate ice cream but move passed that. then when we started eating them once we got home we realized they were both wrong. highly recommended going in if you have the time so you can see and taste it right there before leaving. do better DQ.

Great people, great food and awesome desserts. Naomi took care of us and was very patient as we tried to decide what all we were getting. All of the food was hot and fresh. Their onion rings are incredible. I also like that I was able to get a cherry dilly bar. (Would’ve bought a whole box of them if I was going directly home afterwards) Bottom line, this was one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had. ….and not just bc Naomi is also a fan of GMM

I would NOT suggest eating here if you don’t want to get grossed out. My husband, daughter and I went there last evening to eat, but after witnessing what I did, I refused to eat another bite (I got a few bites of chicken tender in me and a few fries (thankfully without ketchup! – I noticed it as my husband was handing me a packet to use) before telling my family to stop eating and not to touch anything else. The ketchup packets – brought to us by an employee and placed on our table – had FLY LARVAE on the outside of the packets!!! I was so disgusted I immediately asked to speak with someone about it. A manager came over (she was very nice about it – a bit disgusted too – and did refund our money) so I could show her what I found. She asked me to send some photos to her (via text) so she could show the owner of that location (whether that actually happened, I have no idea), but I did notify the Health Department. I feel sick just thinking about it happening and when seeing these photos again, but you have all been warned.

Location appears to be in need of a change in upper level management. Per the website & the sign at the store states this locations drive through is supposed to be open until 11pm. Went through drive through at 10:20pm and was told by employee the location was closed.

We ordered ice cream for us and our children before heading to the store. When we walk in there’s wildly inappropriate and explicit music playing very loudly over the sound system. This is not what I expected walking into an ice cream shop and not an environment that I want my kids to be in, nor do I want to support a business that conducts themselves in this way.
I tried cancelling my order on the phone and was unable to do it. I talked to an employee and they said that they are unable to cancel online orders from their end. We immediately called their corporate line and told them the situation. A week later we are having to physically go to the bank to dispute a $20 ice cream purchase that we never received. Dairy Queen has forever lost my business.

Came here last night to get food, wanted to try something different. When I first walked in I wasn’t greeted at all they just looked. This had to been the worst experience ordering food the cashier was extremely rude.

We wanted to treat our young children to some ice cream. So we did an order online and walked in to pick it up and eat it.
When we walked in the music was blarring and it was inappropriate music at that. It was like walking into a night club.
We asked them to cancel the order as we would not be staying. To which they told us they would not make the order but we had to call to cancel the order. We called to cancel and get a refund and now they are saying we can’t get a refund because the store says they made and gave us our order.
So if you want to take your family out for ice cream don’t go here!! Find somewhere else!
Never will we be back. Terrible experience.

This place is always fast & accurate with our orders. The staff is friendly, we’re greeted with a smile & a hello as soon as we enter the restaurant. We will be returning customers as it’s always a positive experience.
