Had a bite to eat at Dairy Queen in Elizabeth City, NC. I’ve eaten here numerous times over the past several years.
The dining room has been renovated and updated.
During my visit, each staff member was friendly, professional, and helpful.
I ordered a chicken strip basket. My food order was accurate, it was prepared quickly, and it was very tasty.
I am looking forward to my next visit!

Chicken finger basket is my go to & never disappoints.. the girls @ counter are always very friendly & actually pay attention to what goes in the bag! * would be nice if they were open a bit later, but….. 🙂

I went on Friday around 4:15 and that the blizzard and cones were perfect and the girl with braids and a black cardigan had amazing customer service, was very respectful and seems to be able to maintain all job duties. The Indian lady kept giving dirty looks and was rude to the young lady actually doing her job. I believe I overheard her name as Ally? She deserves a promotion and raise, you don’t find many young kids out there with the will to work and she has nailed it!

in the drive through there was a car in front of us and ins behind us. they gave us the wrong order twice, and needed us to repeat it at the window. two chicken strip baskets with two of the same milkshakes. didn’t even give us a bag and just handed out our food. gave me the wrong sauce. doubt i’ll come again

went to this Dairy Queen after an unpleasant experience at Popeyes and was granted with excellent customer service and kindness I wanna give a shout-out to the gentleman who took my order whose name was tim very sweet of him to go out of his way and make me and my boyfriends experience well and also the young lady at the window named Abigail she was also very nice too!! Food came out fresh as well and didn’t take long !! 🙂

Employees will look at you and pretend you’re not in line waiting to be serviced. Will serve the ten cars in the drive thru before spending 90 seconds to take a single order from the only person waiting at the register. Attitude is “ditzy”. The employees will stand around looking lost with no sense of urgency whatsoever. Fries sitting under lamp look old and limp. Unprofessional. Terrible customer service. I’d rather wait in drive thru than at the counter. At the drive thru the employees act just as stupid. What a great impression of fast food service.

Was not very thrilled with the meal for the fries tasted like they have been sitting under a heat lamp most of the day. They were somewhat warm but extremely stale. The burger was barely warm and same that it tasted that it had been sitting out under a heat lamp all day. Don’t think I’ll be going here for food anymore
