I recently visited Dairy Queen grill and chill and was impressed with their delicious food and fantastic service. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they were offering an 85 cent small blizzard promotion for first-time customers. I couldn’t resist trying it out, and opted for the s’mores blizzard. I have to say, it was one of the best blizzards I have ever had! The combination of graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chunks, and marshmallow pieces blended perfectly with the creamy vanilla ice cream. It truly tasted like a campfire in a cup!
Aside from the blizzard, I also tried some of their other menu items and was equally impressed. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, the fries were crispy and seasoned just right, and the onion rings were crispy and delicious. The menu had a great variety of options, and there was something for everyone.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great, with a clean and comfortable dining area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service throughout my visit. I appreciated how they made sure that my food was prepared to my liking, and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had.
Overall, I highly recommend checking out Dairy Queen grill and chill. With their delicious food, friendly service, and great atmosphere, it’s a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a tasty meal or dessert. I’ll definitely be returning soon to try more of their menu items

To start off, I’m from Illinois and DQ was extremely popular so when I saw there was one here I was like “awesome” lol until I went tonight and I ordered a small strawberry sundae and couldn’t believe what was handed to me! If I didn’t pay with my CC and paid cash I would have gotten my money back. Everything I ordered was absolutely pitiful for what I was charged. $4 for this….NEVER EVER again will I go to DQ out here! I legit had ONE strawberry and a spoonful of watery liquid. So disappointed! That’s literally less than what the DQ in Dundee IL served as a kids cup! RIP OFF!

Came in for lunch ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with large fry and large drink. Food came out, burger was just over room temperature, fries weren’t as hot as they should have been either. They weren’t that busy so I figured the food would be piping hot. Burger King on 55 never disappoints. Wish I went there to spend 15 bucks. Service here was good, but I came to eat not socialize.

I wanted to thank the manager last night for making our DQ experience extra special. My wife, two young daughters and I went there for some ice cream. He asked our daughters if they wanted to be DQ “employees” and showed them how DQ works including showing them how their ice cream is made so they too were employees now. A little gesture left a big impression on all of us. We had a rough day with some bad news so this really helped take our minds off our troubles. Thanks for making our day better and the ice cream was excellent as always. We will of course be back.

We always get a drive thru blizzard at this location and every single time we order we noticed the employees never say thank you or respond to our thank you’s. It’s just unprofessional when you’re in food business. I hope the managers train their staff to be more polite and professional when talking to customers.

We love their non-dairy Dilly Bars! Vanilla covered in chocolate is our fave, but they also come in a variety of flavors. You can buy them single or in a box of multiples – thanks to the cashier who informed us yesterday;)

Service was great but the food was horrible, i ordered a hot dog and the bun was so tough it was like they warmed it up in the microwave. Food is too expensive for food to not be edible , if i did not have to go back to work I would have a turned around and got a refund

They messed up my hamburger 3 different times this week. I quote say “ can I get a hamburger, completely plain”, and first they loaded it with mustard/pickles/ketchup, second time they loaded it with pickles, and the third time which was today they loaded it with cheese. Only the second day could I actually eat it, other days was just completely loaded, and I’m a rly picky eater so I had to throw it all away. It’s ridiculous, I’m quite clear with my order, and literally the third time in a row in a week my burger gets messed up. Very frustrating
