Ordered my food from the app. I made sure I ordered extra ranch and made sure my kids all had drinks. Went and got it came home and there wasn’t any ranch and I was missing 1 drink. I wouldn’t be bothered by it, but I paid for them. I tried to call 3 times and no one answered.

The food was good. They have cleaned the place up and have gotten caring workers. The food was not cold and they waited to make the sundaes until the food was done. Most of the time, they make the sundaes and the sit there and melt. Then when you leave they melt all over the place. Was much better this time then in the past. Keep up the good work new workers.!!!

2 Year Update: I frequently visit the DQ now, and it has improved so much with the new general manager and some of the employee’s. It is always pleasant to come in for a treat or a meal now, and I cannot express my appreciation for the employee’s that work there now and how much they have improved the DQ overall since the last time I had reviewed the restaurant.
Though as much as I do love coming here, sometimes another lady will show up at random and go behind the counter and begin to yell at the employee’s, or berating them in a way that you can hear from the lobby. It seems like she may be another manager or something of the sorts, but she is not fit for such a position if she is going to disrespect and mistreat the workers in such a humiliating way.
2 Yeaes ago: Usually only come in for icecream, it’s some of the best around, but was not too happy about yesterday. Was served *spoiled* icecream of all things, it wasn’t very apparent when mixed with every single brownie topping and chocolate sauce that my Blizzard had, but was very apparent in the Reeses blizzards not only in scent but taste. Couldn’t even stomach all of it.
Not to mention being handed an overflowing and dripping mess of icecream. None were turned upsidedown, assuming because it was spoiled and gross, it wouldn’t have held.

Very poor service. Had waited one night at the drive threw for a good 15-20min.when nobody else was inside or in front of us. We actually had to pull up And knock on the window to get their attention.and didn’t even get a apology.what we were met with was ignorance that we were being an inconvenience. So another 20min later finally got the chicken basket and ice cream we ordered. I don’t know how it possible to mess up ice cream. But you can bet on them messing up every single order I have ever got.your much better off to travel another 10-15mins into Oakland’s dairy queen where the service and food is a lot better.around a 4-5 star quality

The food isn’t bad. You can expect your burger to be drowning in condiments. And hopefully you’ve got a stash of napkins from other fast food joints in your glove box because they don’t give those out. Like, ever. But your meal will be hot….. once you finally get it. But in my opinion, all Dairy Queen’s are “not-so-fast-food”. Most of the crew members are teens, so it’s not uncommon to hear derogatory remarks being exchanged from behind the counter. I’ve never seen them be rude to a customer but I wouldn’t go as far as to call them “friendly” either. So basically it’s decent. You get warm food and a show ♀️

After a long day yesterday i was passing threw TA so decided to stop at dairy queen for dinner, for starters i waited at the window for 15mins for my food, not a huge deal i know things can get crazy! I order a 6piece chicken strip basket! So after waiting the lady finaly came to the window with what i thought was my food! It was late and i was tired so i didnt check my food! I ended up with a chili cheese hotdog and a cheeseburger
