Somehow messed up the entire order. We got there 15 minutes before they closed so i understand the frustration but we sat outside the drive through for five minutes before they responded. We ordered a banana split no chocolate and got a banana split with only chocolate. Ordered two 4 piece barbecue chicken tenders and one 4 piece original tender and we got three 4 piece original tenders. We got no sauces that we asked for and there was hair in the blizzard. I understand it was late and it was a big order but to not get one thing right is absurd. There was no receipt so we cant go back and get it fixed either

Ordered 2 sauced and tossed baskets and 1 plain chicken strip basket. Got 3 plain chicken strip baskets and none of our sauces. Also ordered 1 banana split with NO chocolate and double pineapple. The woman in the drive through confirmed NO CHOCOLATE. Every item was completely wrong, not to mention the hair in my blizzard. Worst Dairy Queen service ever.

I ordered a a 4 piece chicken strip basket. I ordered no ice to start and 1/4 of my large drink was full of ice. I only have a 7 minute drive back home, by the time I opened the box I noticed that my cheese curds (which I paid an up charge for) weren’t even all the way filled and then I noticed my ranch wasn’t included with my food. As I take my first bite into chicken… it’s cold. As I said my drive is less than ten minutes.

Ordered ahead on the app a couple of times. It is never ready when they say it will be. Most times they don’t start it until I go inside and ask for my order. They are not attentive to cars waiting in the drive thru. I’d go elsewhere

Overall good, took lil while for them to take our order. Overall service was okay. I ordered the brownie and oreo cupfection which was delicious but they really short ya on the ice cream so u end up with huge mess of cookie n brownie n fudge at bottom of the cup, well wouldnt even say it was the bottom of cup….. they need to give u more ice cream than just a scoop. Also ordered a royal strawberry cheesecake n added cookie dough to it, but once we got it could barely find any cookie dough in it at all….you pay for extra topping you should actually get the extra topping! I think in whole medium blizzard found 3/4 pieces of cookie dough.

Absolutely terrible. Went through the drive through the employee was terribly rude and clearly did not want to be there. I never leave bad reviews but over $3.72 for this medium root beer float and the worker did not fill it all the way up I have not taken one drink of it. A complete waste of money.

I recently got an ice cream cake for my sons birthday and it was decorated amazingly! He loved it and it tasted great as well! The girl who decorates the cakes currently is doing an amazing job. She took my one sentence description of what I wanted and went above and beyond.

We went through the drive through and can see inside the store, which was fairly dirty… a bearded employee in the food/kitchen touching his face and the blizzard machine with a pretty big pile of candy toppings. Our blizzards would not have passed the upside down test. They had the consistency
