I wanted a sundae, but I pulled up too far, and I could not see the drive-thru menu in the blinding sun. I told the nice gentleman on the speaker what I was looking for, and he was quick to figure it out. I ordered the remaining items for the rest of my party, a burger, another sundae, and a Superman blizzard. I was in the drive-thru for maybe 5 minutes. It was amazingly fast! Both employees that I interacted with at the window were smiling, polite, and friendly. The employees went out of their way to make sure I was happy and that everything I ordered was to my liking. This was at a drive-thru, I am just blown away. If I want another sundae or anything from DQ I will go to this location. The staff are absolutely wonderful.

I love ice cream! So Dairy Queen definitely is delicious. I enjoy their blizzards, hot fudge sundaes, and chicken strip baskets with gravy and buffalo sauce.

Excellent, friendly customer service even during a rush. This is a busy spot because the city park down the street has lots of families coming from baseball and soccer games. You will have to wait for your food in spring /summer but the staff was really hustling and maintained a friendly attitude despite the stress of a busy drive-thru and dining room.

This location has the absolute rudest people working for them. I ordered my food paid they asked me to pull to the parking lot and wait so I said yes I guess so confused being as I was the only person there and the last time I ordered food at this location and they had me do that they forgot about my order completely and I had to go in an hour later to get it because they failed to bring it out. Then today they bring it out and the woman that brought it out was super rude I went to grab my food and she literally shoved it at me and I said thank you and no response walked away. I will never be going to this Dairy Queen again it is ridiculous.

Every-time I’ve went here in the last couple months. Food was ether messed up or our blizzard was made incorrectly. Went today and as I was ordering in drive-thru, as soon as I say my order I get a response “Are you done”, “Is that all”. Keep in mind I was still ordering and saying my blizzard order. My blizzard was also barely mixed, I had to go in with the spoon in mix half of it cause the bottom was plain ice cream. We kept giving chances, but this is an every time we go! Definitely last time and will stick to driving to a farther Dairy Queen for better service. Would suggest in training the workers better, and having them have a “better attitude”. Also training properly on how to work equipment may be considered.

listen we were just having a good time and ordering the dude on the mic had to switch to a girl that was rude ash, the vibe was sinister. no napkins no forks messy hands, bread not cut, blizzards barely mixed and just over all bad vibes. smh

Had a very nice time there. Food was excellent. The workers really didn’t associate too much, but that’s okay. They were still nice as they took our order. I definitely would refer friends

I ordered and paid for a small vanilla shake in the drive thru. When the girl came to the window she had a small cone. I told her that’s not what I ordered and paid for. She said sorry I read it wrong. Ok one mistake I get. When she finally brings me the shake it is the consistency of milk. Barely any flavor to it other than milk. It was horrible. Never again will I stop there.
