Definitely a no go for me. I’ve ordered there before but this time was the worst. Order was ready at 7:26pm, about the time we arrived, and by 7:50ish we were finally handed our order that had just been sitting off to the side since we arrived… Staff were talkative and hid behind their wall to the kitchen. Food was cold, no offer to remake or anything to make up for 20min sitting while our finished food got cold. Management should review footage and reappropriate their staff

I have ordered the chicken strip baskets many times before but today the gravy was terrible! It was like it had been watered down and had barely any flavor! In addition, the pretzel sticks today were as hard as bricks and had to be thrown out! Will not go back!

Check your bags before leaving the drive thru. They assure you that all items are in the bags but obviously don’t check. Every visit I’m missing items & they think its funny if I have to drive back to pick them up. Four employees I noticed from my car & no other customers in the establishment yet can’t get order correct!?
