I didn’t get half the order. The order was missing onion rings and gravy for the chicken strip basket. By the time we got the rest of the order, the food we had gotten earlier was cold. I like to see people expressing themselves, but I wasn’t really comfortable seeing food service people with hair hanging down, and nose rings hanging out of their nose. I’ve worked in food service before, and these types of things would never be allowed. A food service person should look neat and clean.

Courteous Fast and friendly service. Cleanest parking lot and drive through I’ve seen in a while. In and out in under 10 minutes. With shakes and blizzards!

This is my favorite DQ. They had a new person working register named Noah, who has a natural personality for working with the public. Also, the rest of the staff was friendly and the food and treats are always amazing there. It is my first choice for a great burger or curing a sweet tooth. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

The young lady who took our order was very rude, barely acknowledged we were there. I’m sure if she is working customer service here for very long the customers will quit coming. As for myself this was my last trip. This was the second time she was rude. Instead of using a rag or dish towel they used their shirts to wipe off dirty equipment

I have been here a few times. The employees never got my order incorrect, but they can be a little slow sometimes. The place does look clean and the food always comes out tasting fine!

Went there tonight and it was super busy so I will give the crew the benefit of the doubt and give 3 stars. We ordered a medium blizzard and were told they don’t have the kind we ordered. When I asked if they had certain ingredients they said yes and agreed to make the blizzard but charge extra which was fine. I didn’t care. Got to the window and we were given a small instead of a medium. When I asked about it the girl working the window took attitude with me and took the cup back in and said she would have it remade. She gives us a medium cup back that wasn’t full. As we pull away we realize that they had to have just used the small we had been given and added more ice cream to it but no additional toppings to make up for the size difference. The blizzard was basically a cup of vanilla ice cream. I was not going to sit in line again to say something about it after having waited almost 45 minutes to begin with. I understand that when it is busy orders can sometimes be incorrect. It’s not ideal but it happens. However, the attitude and the poor quality of the “corrected” product was not needed. I think we will go to the one on 7th street from now on.

The taste of my Blizzard was just ok.
What I am NOT happy about is the fact that I got a med Blizzard & the amount of ingredients was around a small or less.
If you are going to charge a small fortune for your items, then fill the cup up!
Items just keep getting smaller & the prices keep going up.
I will just buy ice-cream at the store & make my own items.
