My experience at the Dairy Queen in Wellsburg WV was sickening It is unsanitary . The employees are rude dismissive & disrespectful especially the general manager Asha. Do not eat there & do not take your children.Unless you want hair in your food. I am going to post a couple of photos of what was in my onion rings yesterday on 8-4-2025 Buyers Be Ware Tap on the photo to get the full experience that I had.

A classic DQ. The design looks like it is right out of 1980. The restaurant is immaculately kept.

I mean could this store get any worse? From waiting in line for over 30 minutes, to both of our blizzards being totally melted when we finally received them, this store sucked. Not only were the blizzards melted, one came out incorrect. The person working never apologized or anything. I remember how good this store once was, but now I’d highly recommend not wasting your money. The picture is how the blizzards were served to us.
Update:
I “ate” (drank) my blizzard and I can report now that in my strawberry cheesecake blizzard there was ONE chunk of cheesecake total. I understand some may be blended but there was seriously only one piece of cheesecake and one chunk or strawberry.

2nd time issue with the service here. Both involved no response when pulling into the drive-thru. The 1st time, weeks ago, we waited for about 5 minutes at the speaker. Decided to leave and go to Wendys for a frosty. Last night, we went to the speaker and no response. I made sure to say “Hello” several times into the speaker. Waited 5 minutes, simply pulled around and told the lady at the window my order. The unusual thing was, when I pulled up, she asked me if someone had taken my order yet. This indicated to me that she was aware that customers are being left at the speaker. I didn’t see where any of the 3 employees even had a headset on. Food was normal DQ food. Nobody was rude or anything like that. Total time for this, so called, fast food was 15 minutes

Had my son a birthday party at this location and the service was excellent! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and we felt welcomed. The food was quick, hot and correct! I would recommend this location for future parties for your little ones! Thank you for the great day

WOW. I can honestly say I have NEVER had worse customer service in my life. Waited for 45 minutes in the drive through line for 2 blizzards because they were “short staffed”. I felt understanding at first but when we finally got to the window & saw 4 people working?! Scratch that, not working.. literally just standing there or pretending to clean? The level of disrespect is shocking. How is it possible for people to even be that rude? Making 8+ cars wait for almost an hour just because you don’t want to do your job. I have never spoken up about customer service & will usually just deal with whatever inconvenience it is but this was just shocking so I had to speak up. That’s all. (:

This place just keeps going downhill further and further. Mobile ordered 2 chicken strip baskets, came in at the time I was told it would be done and guess what? Yeah I’m still here waiting. Plus they ran out of gravy, (which is the only reason i get the order i did) every time I stop here there’s some issue of they ran out of that or the ice cream is runny. I know my bad experiences don’t happen to everyone so be your own judge…. but I refuse to spend any more money at this store.

Would give it 0 stars if I could currently sitting in the drive through at the 35min mark stuck. Each car is taking over 10min. So either every car ordered their entire menu or these people are extremely incompetent // UPDATE after waiting 50min thank God the people behind me left too so I could back out the one car sat there at the wondow for 45min

Worst Dairy Queen anywhere. Our chicken basket included 4 tiny, hard as rocks chicken strips, 7 french fries and a gravy cup in which the gravy barely covered the bottom of the cup. We will never spend another penny here.
